I got this phone to replace my teenager's older iPhone. My teenager loves it! I recommend this to all.

This phone is great. I am upgrading from a iPhone 6. Camera is much better and the phone seems to be faster. No problems so far.

I bought this phone for the built in camera. The camera doesn't disappoint. Loving the phone and its new capabilities.

The speed...the Face ID....Thrilled with it all! Over the first week of ownership, the battery holds a charge for 15 hours before requiring re-charge. That is phenomenal. The battery usage appears to be economical, too--I was on a 45 minute phone call earlier today which only drained my battery by 3%. Calls are crystal-clear, and the speakers appear to be much improved over prior versions.

I enjoy the look and feel of the Xs, the resolution and screen size make it great for watching movies and playing games!

A lot of great features on the Iphone XS. Especially when you are upgrading from an Iphone 5. The color had a sleek and smooth finish to it. It is not matte like the Iphone 5. Only issue with taking photos is that there appears to be a filter that cannot be turned off. For example when taking a selfie my face in the picture looks like I have makeup on. I am a guy and DO NOT wear makeup. I turned off the HDR and this issue still continues. Perhaps a software update will address this camera issue.

I have owned a iPhone 4S and a iPhone 6...........they just keep getting better and better. Nothing beats Apple products.

I hate hate hate changing phones, so when I upgrade, I get the latest one available so I won’t have to do it again any time soon. I haven’t figured out how to best use the camera yet, not obvious how to use all the great features. I bought this at Best Buy rather than the apple store or thru my carrier because I could use my Best Buy credit card for 5% off, which is more than I could get anywhere else. 5% is better than nothing, especially when you’re spending upwards of $1G.

This is my first iPhone and I love it. The features are great and the battery life so much better than my old android.

Phone is excellent for pictures, tons of options and extras that some of the other iPhones don’t have. User friendly

I had an iPhone 7 before this model. I’ve doubled my storage and more quickly beer able to login to various apps.
