    This can be a very frustrating process but it went beautifully! The associate was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond just activating my iPhone. He transferred my Galaxy 9 to the new phone then transferred my wife's Galaxy 5 to my Galaxy 9. All this was accomplished in under 1 hour and was a pleasant experience. Thank you Ashley Park Best Buy!

    All my previous smart phones have been Samsung Galaxies (or Backberries prior to that). My daughter converted to Apple, I thought due to peer pressure. I spent some time with a coworker and her Apple 6, then with the daughter and her X. This convinced me to move to Iphone when we moved carriers. I wish the one I bought had more capacity, but unless I wanted Rose Gold, this was what I could get that day.

    Overall, a good phone. Camera is wonderful. The Face ID feature doesn't always work on the first time, but usually comes through after a few tries at most.

    This phone looks good and it’s imagery is fantastic. Maneuvering through it has been challenging as I was so used to my 6s which I was comfortable with. Once I get it down I think I’ll be quite happy.
