Great phone. Coming from an iPhone 7 plus I was happy to have a smaller phone again but not have to sacrifice screen size.

Very easy to use. I wanted the screen size compared to the 8+ I had but with smaller size which is easier to hold. This was great! So far I love it. I'm apple person anyways so it works for me. I'll gladly pay the apple prices for the safety & security you get with apple products!

It took a few tries before the lack of a "home" button became normal, but now I don't miss it. The phone appears more sleek and adapting to no home button was not a problem. A new iPhone is always a happy day....

Getting used to the lack of a home button is probably the biggest challenge but once you get over it it’s a great phone!

I traded up from an iPhone 8, very happy with this new equipment. Still learning the functions, but to date I have been totally amazed with the capabilities of this iPhone. I will consider upgrading again if and when there are any major changes to this product. Time will tell.

I’ve been waiting for over a year for the new iPad! I’m very happy with it! I love the facial recognition feature on both new devices. I also have the latest Apple watch. It’s good looking and keeps track of my exercises as well as most features that are on my phone and iPad.

I upgraded my old iPhone 6s Plus. Although this phone has a smaller footprint the screen is bigger and it fits in my pocket easier. I love the speed of the processor and the gestures are very intuitive. No time at all to figure how to navigate through the iOS. A great buy!

I previously owned an iPhone 7 and decided to upgrade. I really like the face recognition, the fact that it has no home button and the new camera. Although the phone itself is basically the same size as my old it seems so much bigger without having to get the plus size.

I upgraded from iPhone 7 to this iPhone XS. It has a bigger screen, is much faster, the camera is great. I love the facial recognition to unlock the phone, the process is seamless. Yes it's expensive but you can do so much with this phone, I barely use my ipad anymore...

Since I don’t buy a new phone often, the improvements are very noticeable. I love how much more screen space I have then I had on my iPhone 5SE. I also love the face recognition feature. The picture quality is excellent. I don’t miss the absence of a home button, but I do miss the absence of a headset jack. Also, like all iPhones, it is unfortunately an expensive product.

I had a little problem setting up the phone but once all the settings were in place it is a great phone. I love the face recognition. After having to always charge my last phone it is refreshing to have a battery that lasts all day even with all of the use it gets.

This is a good phone. It has most of the features my old Samsung s8 had, missing only a few things like being able to use multiple apps at the same time split screen. Over all I got this phone because I couldn’t send videos of my children to loved ones with iPhones due to size restrictions when not using iMessage and I wasn’t upset. Also I should note I had a iPhone 6 before my Samsung and this phone is the same thing plus a few gimmicks that are pointless.

I’ve always been a fan of android phone but decided to try out an iPhone to really compare and this phone is really good. If you don’t like big phones this is a good size. The camera is great and it’s easy to navigate in between apps. Overall I’m very satisfied.

I replaced my iphone 8 with a google pixel 3 xl and went home happy, came back to best buy the same night and i was not so happy. The google pixel was great, but mine stopped working correctly and the screen was defective. MORAL OF THE STORY: always buy iphones.

It’s a phone. All phones are pretty much the same now. I just happened to be hooked on Apple since all my productS are Apple. You can go either way Samsung or Apple same difference

So far so good. Still miss the button at bottom of iPhone and having the touch recognition entry but it’s not terribly difficult to get into phone. I keep taking accidental screenshots of my lock screen and activating Siri due to button placement on phone though.

Love the gold color on this phone. Excited that there is more memory. Still playing with it as it was bought for someone else, but that is a whole other story. All in all, I think I would rather keep this than have the giant iPhone XS Max. I have small hands.

Excellent phone at a great price for Black Friday. Our old phone finally broke and we were looking at a good upgrade. When we saw this phone at this price, we thought it was refurbished but it was actually new!!

Apple - iPhone XS 256GB - Space Gray Phone is good we purchase Apple XS and XR XS isworking fine but XR after just few month of purchase System failed and I had to have Apple re install the software but doing so I lost some important data.
