Nice phone a nice upgrade I had the iPhone 6 for a long time

Upgraded from an iPhone 7. The battery lasts longer but expected better pictures for the price.

The picture quality will put to shame most TV’s that being said for a phone ya know. The processor is ballin’ and the features it has are incredible. Bravo! This phone is so much more intelligent it’s unbelievable. This is my 6th iPhone.

Main value to the upgrade is battery is sufficient now for a full day without recharge. Nice screen, crisp performance. Phone has not shown 4G on screen, not sure if it is a bug or not. Visual voicemail did not work at first, but solved with a network reset. Overall enjoy the phone, interested to see if a software update garners 4G reception.

I love the new iphone and the quality of the pictures! Swiping up to open and close apps takes some getting used to however after being so used to pressing the home button for this. Not any other complaints so far. Super satisfied. :)

Should come with more features, cover, glass protector, cords, ear buds, memory, free iCloud.

Love the camera, there are a few features I miss about Samsung but will not ever go back!

This thing is not just a phone. It can also be used for e-mail, text messages, watching movies. What an amazing device. It does not support rotary dialing. And it is not as effective as one of the old phones when used as a hammer.

Love this phone easy to use and takes great pictures. Recommended by my granddaughter. Was upset with last phone you sold me recommended by YOUR AT &T socialist could never get to work right. Phone kept shutting down (blu phone)

This phone was an upgrade from the iPhone 6. I am super excited about the new features and the facial recognition capabilities. I also love the camera, pictures are clear and you have various options and filters to use when shooting.

Gift from my husband for Christmas! Really great gift! All positives except battery life not as good as I had expected. Get 1 day use out if it so guess not too bad. Plan to see if I can change any settings to help it last longer.

So I was torn between this and the MAX but after going from the iphone 7 to the XS I am SOOOO happy I didn't get the max... the screen is already huge and perfect. It's absolutely faster than my 7 was and the pictures are incredible.

Purchased the phone, and since it doesn't have the home key it is different to use. I really like the home key because it was easy to use. Trying to swipe the screen takes a little patience and practice. Once you get it, it works good. Picture quality is really awesome. Anytime you always upgrade to another phone there is something that is better, Otherwise happy with our purchase just wished it was not so expensive.

I like this new phone: stays pretty much in the normal iPhone bounds for usage save for a few new features. Bluetooth signal seems a bit stronger too. I’ll pass on facial recognition though. I wanted lots of memory, and I got it!

Apple phones are the standard for a reason. This one is no exception. I highly recommed purchase from Best Buy versus one of the carrier stores- service was far better!

It is good iPhone. The only down is no home button which I missed.

Original reason I upgraded from my iPhone 6S+ was to give my sister mine since her phone was broken. Love this upgrade! Screen size is the same if not slightly bigger than my previous phone, yet smaller! Camera quality is amazing!

The phone has a crip look, lightweight and easy to use. The quality and clearness of the pictures are sesecond to none. The special effects available for both picture and video make taking pictures and videos truly enjoyable.
