Great features come with XS. Face recognition is easy and camera takes outstanding photos. Love the size of the screen and quality. Speaker sound is much improved. I watch a lot of videos on this phone now.

I love Apple products and this doesn’t disappoint. Love the upgraded camera.

I love my phone ! I got the xs because of it being smaller I can text and just use it overall a lot better than my previous iPhone 7 Plus. The screen looks amazing and the camera quality is insane ! Love it

I upgraded from an iPhone 5s! Space Gray & 256 gb, $1,149. Mayor improvement in speed, functionality yet I’ve had constant video stuttering issues. Contacted Apple support three (3) times and issue persisted, most probably software-based; yet I chose to exchange phone for new one. New unit maintains some of prior issues... hope software fix comes soon. I’ve kept my 5s nearby if I need to replace this one as well... I recomendable to hold off from purchase until patches arrive (unless you have a money-tree, then splurge on!).

My old 6s was agreat Iphone, but the battery wasn't holding up, So I wanted to get a new IPhone, The 10xs is a great phone I'm glad I purchased it, and glad I went to Best Buy instead of the phone store.

This phone has a great display and very fast. The storage is limited but my daughter didn’t need anything more then this. Buying an iPhone at Best Buy is so much easier then going to the Apple Store.

After spending time with a Samsung for a couple years, I went back to Apple and was blown away by how much the iPhone has improved since I ditched the 6. Love the finish, super responsive and fast.

I replaced my iPhone X, because the face ID feature ceased to function (identified as a rare issue), but my warranty expired. This iPhone XS was an equivalent upgrade and so far I'm enjoying it.

Apple continues to impress with it sleek design as it competes against Samsung and Google for the market. Some still miss the button, but are getting used to the new ways of doing things.

I was upgrading from an iPhone 8 and was just going to go with the cheaper XR but I’m actually glad I didn’t. I love the XS and feel like it was worth it for the extra cash. Highly recommend.

Just upgraded from 7 everything feels the same just better camera

Lightning fast speed, easy to use, and pretty amazing camera and video. This was a major upgrade from my IPhone 4S. Glad I finally went for it and learning new things daily, loving my new phone!!!

Same as iPhone X and comparable to Samsung 9, camera is pretty amazing.

This is an upgrade from the 4s that was given to my husband as he dropped his 6s. He couldn’t wait to get a new phone. The face recognition takes a little getting used to. Overall a great phone.

It’s the bees knees. I upgraded from an iPhone 6s Plus. This phone is so much faster, it’s incredible. The gesture controls are easy to learn and The Face ID is awesome. Battery lasts much longer.

The change in the how you use/interface with the device took some getting used to (from my old iPhone 6) but the adjustment is quick, and now it's greats to use, and so much easier/user friendly.
