Honestly, I was worried at first to lose the home button, but the other advancements with this phone are excellent. The picture quality, data tracking, and diagnostics are so helpful.

Good phone. Looks good and easy to set up and use.

Despite the price, I’d say this is Apple’s best phone since the iphone 5 which was my last iphone to ever own. Coming back to Apple after so long felt great, the basis really have improved.

AWESOME camera and great screen size. Still getting used to all new functions, but had SE before...this is MUCH better. Daughter loves portrait mode...getting great shots of all her friends

I knew this product would be great, didn’t know how great though. A complete upgrade of my iPhone 6. The size and lack of a home button were something to get used to, but I adjusted quick.

Love the speed of the phone and the longer battery. The improved camera is fantastic. I love that physically the phone is smaller while the screen remains the same size as my old iPhone 6s Plus.

so far, i am still getting used to the face id especially if i logout of an app but it’s convenient, but not all my apps use the face id. i like the size as it is not much bigger than my 6s.

Overall, I am very pleased with the XS. I just wish they would stop making the phones bigger. The screen resolution is just incredible. There certainly is some adjusting from the old phone.

This phone is an upgrade for my daughter from an iPhone 6. She is VERY pleased with the phone, and it integrates will with her other Apple devices. So if it makes her happy, it makes me happy.

Every IPhone seem the same to me but this new large screen is great

Finally upgraded and glad I did. Had a hard time deciding whether or not to go with the XS or XS max. I use my phone one handed, so the Max just seemed to big to handle. A love to the XS is still an upgrade screen wise coming from the 6. Still very happy and wouldn’t change a thing.

My son love it! He says it so fast and he lives the new features

Up graded the camera on this phone is so clear, the phone is light, easy to use, compare to other phone the apps are so easy to view and use

I have nothing bad to say about the phone itself. As usual, Apple has made a quality product that works seamlessly out of the box. My only gripe is the cost - that’s my reason for giving it 4 instead of 5 stars. Nevertheless, if you have $1,000 burning a hole in your pocket, you should consider getting this phone … or maybe make an extra mortgage payment.

So far no major issues with the phone. Not a fan of the face recognition so it’s turned off, but I wish they had kept the home button with the fingerprint ID. Other than that great phone.

I had the 8plus for a year and did not like the size of it. So, when I was able to upgrade to the XS, I did. It takes adjusting too, but overall, it has been great. I haven't had any issues.

Upgraded my iPhone 7 for the Xs. Restoring from my iCloud back up was easy and I was off an running within 15 minutes of unboxing the phone. I love the photos this phone takes. Great phone.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. My wife loves it--bigger better display, more memory, etc.--than her older iPhone. Nice sale price too. Delivery was fast and setup easy.

So far I’ve liked the phone. It’s a great upgrade coming from an iPhone 6. Apple has address most of the bugs that came with launch. I would recommend upgrading from anything below iPhone 7

This phone is equivalent to the other iPhone models. The camera is better and the sound is great. It takes a minute to adjust to the screen, it is difficult to unlock,etc with protective case on phone due to screen sensitivity. It has faster processing BUT I have had to use the ‘turn off/ turn on’ trick several times because of phone freezing
