This is a great product, I love the GB space on my new phone, just getting use to having no button, but it has been well worth it.

Familiar yet notable upgrades to speed, cam, and many new features. No home button, took 2 days to adjust but ok now. I miss seeing the battery life percent at a glance.

Picked up the XS about a week after launch, mainly due to peer pressure. I wanted to wait for the XR, but the fear of the low resolution screen made me fork over the big bucks for the XS. I was loving the phone for all of four days until I got a notification claiming my Face ID was not working. I checked it out, and my front camera stopped working too. I took it back and got an 8+. Sure, it's missing the solid stainless steel frame, gorgeous full screen display, and might not be quite as fast, but the home button works, and the 16:9 ratio is more comfortable for me to use. If you purchase an XS I'd recommend the Apple Care package, spend a few hundred and you'll be covered if/when the phone fails.

I had help right away as soon as I walked up to the counter to look at a phone. I told the guy what I wanted and he had me ready to go in less than 15 mins hassle free.

Bought the new iPhone XS to replace my iPhone 6. The improvement is dramatic. The screen is clear and vivid. Battery life is great, I can use all day on a single charge.

I upgraded primarily because I wanted a better camera on my phone to take pictures of my toddler...asked and answered! The live functionality is particularly neat...

Great iPhone with even better features. Like not having a home button and swipe to access fuctions. Great camera with many useful features is a plus. Good battery life.

I love this phone. The layout makes so much sense and I still can’t believe how long my battery lasts. Speakers are great as well. And of course, the camera is amazing.

My new Xs is really a step up from the old iPhone 6.I really love the facial recognition.It works great.Does take a little getting use to not having the home button.

The screen resolution is amazing. This phone is fast and Picture quality is amazing. This is a major upgrade from my iPhone 8. Extremely pleased with this purchase.

Upgraded from an a 6s. Was concerned about lossing the button but glad I upgraded. I got use to no button after a few days and the facial recognition works perfect.

So far iPhone XS has been good. Definitely different getting use to the way the phone works. But seems to be great ! Also little hesitant on scanning my face. Lol

If you are an IPhone user or thinking of trying one, this is the one to get. You will not be disappointed and you will never want any other phone. It’s that good.

We purchased it for my mom and she like it. Easy for her to use and the changes from her other phone where easy for her to adapt to.

I bought this iPhone to use with different carriers and the salesman tells me I can do that (unlock) and I find out that was not true. I will return tomorrow morning

Purchase this phone with zero worry. It’s awesomely amazing fast and the most best screen you can imagine. Clear crisp bright image. The camera is the best for me.

So far all’s been great! I love the speaker and the battery life. I’ve only ever had the S versions of iPhones (4s,5s,6s) so that’s pretty cool too but I love it!

This phone is pretty impressive. Not sure it's worth $1000 but I'm locked into the Apple suite of electronics. Battery is great and everything works as advertised.

This phone is better than expected. It feels good in the hand. The battery life is great. Wonderful camera and storage. Overall an excellent piece of equipment..
