Much better than my old Galaxy S8. Fast and snappy

Switched from Android back to IPhone loved the battery life. If you have iPhone X you probably don’t need this one

I bought 2 iPhones XS and I ask if they are unlock so I can use with different carriers in other countries and the salesman told me that is like buy at Apple store (unlock) so when we check outer find that’s not true. We can’t use with different carriers. I going to return it and go to Apple store and get the real ones.

This Phone is great. Although I would say it is very similar to the X. You can only tell it is an Xs because I got the gold color that looks more like a peach. Bestbuy provided instructions that helped me activate my phone in under 5 mins! Thank you!

I've owned an iPhone since 3GS and my previous phone was iPhone 7 Plus, I really enjoy this new phone and its OLED screen which is fantastic. The new interface introduced with iPhone X is a big change when moving from iPhone 7 to iPhone X it is natural and easy to pick up. Great job Apple at making a great product.

I’ve had the iPhone XS for about a week now, upgraded from an older iPhone. The first thing you notice is the performance. Everything is just so mich faster. FaceTime is awesome and works even in very low light situations. The OLED display is fantastic providing great contrast in my pics. Highly recommended.

I like to keep my phones for as long as possible. I don't really care about getting the latest tech out there. That being said, this thing is super cool and way better in every way than my old iPhone 5. I really like the Facial ID security feature. I've only had it 2 weeks, but t's been working great so far.

This is my 4th iPhone and I continue to be amazed at the quality of these phones. I have never had any mechanical problems with any of my iPhones. Each one has had additional new features and i’m looking forward to learning the new ones available on the XS. I already know this has a phenomenal camera.

Amazing battery. But first phone had bad speakers so had to replace it!

Great picture, great camera. I love the face recognition. Takes a little adjustment to get used to the not having a home button and to new commands, but is worth it! One downside is another new charging chord. Otherwise I love it.

Workmanship is precise, and the design is very cool. Takes great picture and videos. Transferring data from old phone was easy. Face ID works great, although it is inconvenient when you cannot face the device. It is frustrating to not be able to use earbuds for older models or conventional headphones.

Older phone model but it still rivals the Iphone 11. Purchased this on sale for my daughter. It was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper with more storage space than the entry level Iphone 11. Definitely worth it if you are getting into the Apple Family of phones.

I only took it to 4 stars because of the price. Otherwise this is an excellent purchase as it is with all iPhone upgrades from year to year.

It’s a pretty cool phone. There’s no more home button, which takes a little bit to get use to it.

Face Recognition so I don't have to get into my phone with a code, The Emergency Call sequence, The CAMERA amazing new edit features and overall phone improvements. The SPEED and visual effects are so much more amazing and I'm still learning new features all the time but I SIMPLY LOVE IT!

I knew this phone is great. Small enough to fit in your pocket and the screen large enough to get you a great experience on the net.

This is the third iPhone X we have purchased for the family. If you are familiar with iPhones you will have zero problem navigating and if you are new to the Apple family, I don’t foresee you having issues either as things are very easy to understand and processing speed is amazing!

Purchase iPhone X’s, upgraded from iPhone 7. Adjusting to changes, I’m appreciative of speed and enhanced features. I do wish the price was less, however I’m entrenched in Apple eco-system. The reps assisting at BestBuy were very supportive and made the transaction so smooth. Very courteous!

I bought this for my son to replace his Samsung Galaxy S7. It was our first iPhone and so far he really likes it. It basically does the same thing as his Samsung phone did. He’s still learning the different functions, but so far so good.
