Honestly, I have always used the larger version of the iPhones. but this phone is great. Love the camera and it has great power for everything I need for it to do. Using the hand gestures took some time to get used to, but once you master them it'll be hard to go back to a button.

This latest model has many functions and I love it! Takes some getting used to from the older versions but changes are good. Prior to Xs I had the Xr. Major difference. My had doesn’t ache from holding the super wide Xr anymore. Picked gold because I never had this color before.

I traded my iPhone 6 in for XS glass black color. It is beautiful. I love all of the features and easy of the swipes. Now I can open many apps with my face as an ID. I do recommend a case for this glass type phone because it is slippery. I am so happy I upgraded. The photos are awesome!

This phone is the latest and greatest version and enjoying the new updates that were added to it, definitely worth investing.This phone was available in three different sizes and we always like the smaller size so to be able to choose from smallest to largest was definitely a plus.

It is everything they said it would be. Easy to figure out how it works, I actually don't miss the home button. Facial recognition is crazy, it works so fast. Before it was really hard to play games on my phone, with this one it is so easy. So glad I made the jump to the newest phone.

I'm enjoying the upgrade from an iPhone 5s. The picture quality and speed is definitely noticeable. My only negative is the overall size of the phone. No longer can I hold the phone in one hand and text which I could easily do with my 5s. But, overall, very pleased with the purchase.

This year the iphone xs was more affordable than last year. Last year I wanted it for the camera specs and this year I now have it with improved camera specs. The new unlock features work smoothly and all the apps from the old iphone work well on the new Xs. So overall a great choice

Very easy to use. I wanted the screen size compared to the 8+ I had but with smaller size which is easier to hold. This was great! So far I love it. I'm apple person anyways so it works for me. I'll gladly pay the apple prices for the safety & security you get with apple products!

It took a few tries before the lack of a "home" button became normal, but now I don't miss it. The phone appears more sleek and adapting to no home button was not a problem. A new iPhone is always a happy day....

I’ve been waiting for over a year for the new iPad! I’m very happy with it! I love the facial recognition feature on both new devices. I also have the latest Apple watch. It’s good looking and keeps track of my exercises as well as most features that are on my phone and iPad.

NOT enchanted with not having on/off button. BUT I am sure I will eventually get used to it. Was convinced the size was the same as previous iPhone, it is NOT. It is smaller. BUT I am sure I will eventually get used to it, Have too right! The "trade in process" is complicated, especially since one cannot go to a post office because of this hideous virus. Still not sure when the 'trade in value" will be credited to my account. Luckily I am a Apple devotee!

I upgraded my old iPhone 6s Plus. Although this phone has a smaller footprint the screen is bigger and it fits in my pocket easier. I love the speed of the processor and the gestures are very intuitive. No time at all to figure how to navigate through the iOS. A great buy!

I previously owned an iPhone 7 and decided to upgrade. I really like the face recognition, the fact that it has no home button and the new camera. Although the phone itself is basically the same size as my old it seems so much bigger without having to get the plus size.

Absolutely gorgeous phone, if a tad expensive. Apple has done a good job in the last several opening up the OS to allow for things like swipe keyboards and password managers. Now if they would just add widgets...

I upgraded from iPhone 7 to this iPhone XS. It has a bigger screen, is much faster, the camera is great. I love the facial recognition to unlock the phone, the process is seamless. Yes it's expensive but you can do so much with this phone, I barely use my ipad anymore...

I had a little problem setting up the phone but once all the settings were in place it is a great phone. I love the face recognition. After having to always charge my last phone it is refreshing to have a battery that lasts all day even with all of the use it gets.

I’ve always been a fan of android phone but decided to try out an iPhone to really compare and this phone is really good. If you don’t like big phones this is a good size. The camera is great and it’s easy to navigate in between apps. Overall I’m very satisfied.

Great phone! Classic apple with the sleek phone and features! the only thing I don't love is the glass back. I know it looks sleeker but I evidently cracked it even with having an ottherbox case on it all the time.

Had to upgrade to a newer phone because my GPS always had me in the ocean or woods somewhere and not the road so went out and got the iPhone XS. Takes a little getting use to from the older iPhones that I previously owned. Biggest difference is not having the home button on the bottom of the phone but starting to get the hang of it. Haven’t had the chance to really explore all the XS can do but I definitely know that it will get me to my destination without leading me into a lake somewhere
