Love the gold color on this phone. Excited that there is more memory. Still playing with it as it was bought for someone else, but that is a whole other story. All in all, I think I would rather keep this than have the giant iPhone XS Max. I have small hands.

Phone and camera are great. Battery isn’t as good as my old iPhone X and I was told this was supposed to be better

I’ve had this phone for about 2 weeks now and Love it! I upgraded from the iPhone 6s. I love it’s slenderness and the screen resolution/color. My only complaint is without a case, it’s very slippery and has fallen off tables, couches and other surfaces.

Since I don’t buy a new phone often, the improvements are very noticeable. I love how much more screen space I have then I had on my iPhone 5SE. I also love the face recognition feature. The picture quality is excellent. I don’t miss the absence of a home button, but I do miss the absence of a headset jack. Also, like all iPhones, it is unfortunately an expensive product.

This phone is amazing! Early this morning it wouldn't allow me to sign on, even with my numeric code... but the issue was quickly remedied by re-starting the iPhone. Definitely want to check the online support so I know everything I can about the phone.

Having been an iPhone user since the very first one came out of course my opinion is bias, but I love the phone so far. I traded in my 6S because as most phone users know after a few years you definitely need to upgrade.

Glad I decided to try something different. It will take some more time to get use to but have some great features! The staff at Best Buy was super amazing and very helpful with my difficult purchase, will definitely recommend them to anyone!

What can I say... bought it for my son in college and he loves it because he can keep up with all his buddies with iMessage and FaceTime. Calls sound much clearer than his older phone did. Comes with free Apple music subscription as well.

Leaving conspiracy theories aside about whether old devices stop working to generate new phone sales, the XS is a 'huge' improvement over the 6s Plus. Mostly, because now with the full screen, I can see just as well and not need the giant phone anymore

This phone is just the right size for someone with small hands. My preference, of course as it is not too bulky and fits comfortably in my handbag. Screen size seems larger and colors are sharper, possibly due to an upgrade from an older model.

The phone not only has great graphics, it processes quick and smoothly. The camera is clear and editing is easy to use. I am loving the face recognition as I tend to forget my passwords from time to time for the different apps. It makes life easier!

Was not out to buy a phone and was only going to get the XR when we did decide to upgrade. Ended up with the XS and was glad I did. Very easy to operate now that I have learned the operation and gestures. Old guy ... new tech!

I have been an Apple Iphone user since the 4. This phone is great. The display and quickness of the processor is second to none. Not having the home button took a little getting use too, but is great. The face recognition is a added bonus as well.

Good phone. Great camera. Expensive but cool that Best Buy could work with the provider and set up on the spot.

This phone is leaps and bounds faster than my old iPhone 8. It has a nicer screen, better camera, and is only slightly larger in size. I will note that because it is made of stainless steel it is heavier than the aluminum bodied iPhone 6/7/8 etc.

I upgraded my IPhone 6s for this phone. Am extremely happy I did. I thought I would miss the home button, but within 5 minutes I didn't even miss it. Love the facial recognition as well as the photos this thing takes. Very happy with my purchae.

very intuitive phone, I can not say enough about how the bio metrics have made this phone much easier to access, you generally do not have to remember your pin, password, or patterns. I love this phone Apple is so far ahead of their competition.

I just love my phone. The speed, the camera, the clarity everything is excellent. It is so lightweight. The face recognition is really good. Works even when it’s completely dark. I am completely satisfied and extremely happy with my phone.

As a regular iPhone user, I was ready for an upgrade. This is a nice phone. I really got it for the camera features, which I have not really had a chance to use much yet, but am anticipating it to be much better than my previous phone.
