Over all this is a good cell phone. I bought this phone for my Mom and she likes it so much. To be honest, I cannot tell the differences between this one and my previous version X.

This phone is equivalent to the other iPhone models. The camera is better and the sound is great. It takes a minute to adjust to the screen, it is difficult to unlock,etc with protective case on phone due to screen sensitivity. It has faster processing BUT I have had to use the ‘turn off/ turn on’ trick several times because of phone freezing

Needed to update our phones and the Best Buy associate made it fairly painless. Seems like a lot cash for a phone, but I trust Apple to provide a few years of reliable service.

Upgraded from an iphone 7 to the new XS model is so amazing! Memoji!!! I’ve using it nonstop - sending memojis instead actual texts.

I can’t say enough about this IPhone Xs. I upgraded from the 7+ and it has been a huge difference. From the brighter clearer screen to the lightning fast processor I just love it!

The new iPhone Xs is a good solid improvement. With a faster A12 Bionic processor apps open a little faster and browsing seems faster. I am glad I upgraded! Very happy with Xs.

The screen is impressive, and it is very fast, it flies every time you open an app, the camera takes better pictures than the iPhone X and it shows! Very happy with my purchase!

I upgraded from the iPhone 6S to the iPhone XS and I love the processing speed and screen. Resolution is amazing as well as sound straight out of the speakers. Very impressed.

Was a sketchy upgrade from 7 to 10. Learned online when i got home that it was a typical experience going from 7 to 10. Wish bby knew that when discussing my upgrade. Was glad we decided on the larger storage option, has been great for the videos and photos from numerous events without running out of space midway thru an event.

This is my second iPhone ever, and I absolutely love it. The camara features are great! I would recommend this phone to anybody. All the colors it comes in are very nice.

After 3 years, I finally decided to upgrade my iPhone 6s. Loving my new iPhone XS. I wish they still had rose gold, but gold will do. Love portrait mode, Animoji, and Face ID.

This is my favorite iPhone!!! Crystal clear pictures, great sound quality, excellent reception, battery life is exceptional!!!

This phone has a battery that will not die. Besides the extra battery life I am enjoying the excellent photo quality and the facial recognition to unlock the phone is awesome.
