As a family that has had iPhones for a longtime, this is just another in a long line of phones that does everything we need it to and so much more.

I love my new iPhone XS. I love the clearest picture on the screen. I’m still learning about my phone.

So far its better then the previous version but apple is lacking in some departments like external space which would be great and fast charging

I got the iPhone XS Max for myself but my husband thought it was too big (he was upgrading from iPhone SE) This phone has the perfect size for him.

It is a little bit of inconvenience to have to use a separate ear pods that cost extra, but convenient not to have wires. The camera is much better.

Nice upgrade I need to add a line and it was an easy adjustment going from an apple for the 10 all around just for a great phone

These new iPhones are very beautiful and great to use. It’s just too bad they have to be covered by a case. But hey, at $1000, I’m not risking it.

I am so happy I purchased the iPhone XS!! The money I spent for the phone was totally worth it!!! I'm so glad that Best Buy had this phone!!!

Nothing to brag about in the new iphone XS, few highlights though - good sound quality with reduced vibration on the screen, good camera and processing speed. Face ID is definitely faster but I think there is still room for improvement.

This is the best phone I ever had, water pref down to 160 feet and other items that I am just learning this is an awesome phone can do everything

This phone is easy to use and takes beautiful photos. Can’t beat the usability of Apple products and they way they interact with eachother!

This model is not so different from others iPhones, but there are two things that I notice, fast response and a better sound.

This is the best iPhone yet. It has the wireless charging, it unlocks with your face. Even while wearing sunglasses. Would highly recommend.

Great i deciced to make the switch from Android to Apple. The phone works so smooth, "Move to IOS" app helped with the move, happy happy happy!

Dont think I will ever go with Android again. I switched once and didnt even last 3 months before I switched back to iphone ..

I like the Face ID function. Very easy to use. Upgraded from an iPhone 7 to this new toy, camera is a two step upgrade. Highly recommended!

iPhone still stands to the brand name and Xs is better than the other models so far, no complaints so far. A good gift choice for Christmas.

This phone it’s in the right spot. More screen like a IPhone Plus but with the size of a normal iPhone. Screen it’s brighter and camera better
