Prior to this upgrade, I had an iphone 6S. I was hesitant at first to upgrade to the XS Max because I was worried that I would miss the home button too much. It didn't take me long to adapt and although I have the virtual home button on my screen, I find that I hardly use it. This iphone is fantastic! I love everything about it, the look, the size, the processing speed and the camera. I see myself hanging on to this phone for the next 3-4 years.

After coming from the iPhone 7 Plus to the iPhone X, I really missed the larger screen, and although I really like the iPhone X, I love the XS Max better, especially the gold color option.

i could've upgraded months ago but hesitated, idk why. i thought maybe i'd go back to a smaller iphone but may as well just stay big with the XS Max!! (still miss the home button though)

I love the size going from a iPhone 6s to the Xs Max. The screen quality is excellent and the new features with the camera for taking portrait shots is amazing. Great camera for a phone.

Was very hesitant to buy this phone because of the price, but I am glad I did. Going on a trip soon and looking forward to using this phone as my camera. Pictures are amazing.

I seem to always go back to Best Buy for my phone upgrades the people are way less pressuring and more helpful 6s to Xs big improvement quick and easy setup no issues so far

Had a IPhone X and decided to get the IPhone Xs Max. I like the bigger screen. Old age is creeping in so the larger screen helps. I gave the IPhone X to my wife and she liked the surprise.

The screen is fantastic, very bright and vivid detail. No complaints on the phone other than the size of it plus a case on top feels like you might as well have a tablet in your pocket.

Upgraded from the XR to the XS max and the difference is suttle enough to not really impact your day to day but also reap the benefit of a larger screen

Awesome phone I’ve had many iPhones this is by far the best it Has not had any problems. Very durable. Battery life is great. Will recommend to all.

Great iPhone to bad it does not do 5G. Storage space 500g is great camera is good not as good as iP12 Pro Max but much better than my iPhone 8plus.

Always taking selfies, the camera is excellent! I try to keep my Jeep Wrangler and Saturn Redline washed up, and love to capture my reflection in them! Buy this phone, you won’t regret it!

Wanted the original iphone X last year, but to circumstances i had to wait for this new phone. I am happy i waited for the Xs Max. Love this phone with all the great new features and size.

Camera is much improved. No home key has some glitches they can be annoying

Everything about the new iPhone is improved upon compared to my old iPhone, the 6 plus. The camera takes great pictures, the sound quality is fantastic and the OLED screen is superior.

Glad to be back with this amazing iPhone. After 2 years of android, I thought it would be hard to return. Turns out it is just like coming home again. Familiar with lots more to love.

I was not looking for larger phone however the IPhone XS Max is not too big and the display as well as the picture quality is amazing. It even makes my old IPhone photos look better!!

Got this after upgrading from a 6S plus. I was worried about missing the home button but after a day, that didn’t matter. Camera is phenomenal! I have no regrets getting this phone.

I just got the phone because my old one needed replaced but I am glad because I like it. I especially like the face recognition feature which I was unsure about but pleasantly surprised.
