Love the phone so easy to use and it looks great. Upgrade was well worth it. You can’t go wrong with this iPhone.

Since I knew what I wanted, the process was easy. Only difficulty came when it was taking so long to transfer info from one phone to the next. Said I could finish it at home but that was not easy and I had to call for help. Other than that, we always shop at Best Buy.

My wife just bought this phone to replace her aging iphone 8. It's ok - nothing special. The removal of the home button confused her and to be honest, for the price, I don't see why this phone should be this expensive. Still very limited GUI/OS. If you are sticking with Apple, it's a decent phone.

This is my first iPhone, have always had Android before so it’s taken a little bit to get use. Over all it’s a great phone.

The most thing is camera. You can take more clear and colorful pictures under different environment, even better than SLR sometimes.
