It’s really cool, I really liked, I just feel it’s really expensive

This is the new phone from apple so far I love it.

I'm a camera person, so when this came out I just had to have it. The power of the lenses is awesome, and the pictures come out so crisp and clear people think I'm using professional grade cameras. Add to that the functionality of the phone, the ease of use, the long battery life, face id, and all the other bells and whistles, and I found a phone worth every penny I paid. The size is just right too. Even in an Otterbox Defender case it still fits easily in my back pocket. It'll be a few more years before I go looking for the next iPhone since this one is perfect for me in every way!

I traded in my iPhone 8 for the iPhone XS Max. Little did I know how much I would love it. I ordered the gray/black iPhone to replace my iPhone 8 which I traded in. I discovered that Best Buy had the lowest prices over any of the cell phone companies around. I purchased my iPhone on July 24th and just received it on August 4th. What I found so amazing was how easy it was to go into Best Buy and they not only set up my new iPhone but transferred all the data from my iPhone 8 to my iPhone XS Max. They took off $160 for the trade in value of my iPhone 8. They set up everything with my provider which was Verizon and ported my cell phone number to my new iPhone. The young man that helped me was so helpful and he even put on the new screen protector and case I had purchased from Amazon. He spent 2 hours setting up my new iPhone. He went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I still cannot believe all the work he did calling Verizon and setting everything up. My monthly payments are only $20/month for 2 years. Just a month before the exact same iPhone was selling for $47/month everywhere else which is over double the price I paid. From now on I’m always going to shop online at Best Buy first. I thought it would be hard for me to have a new iPhone without a home button but I adjusted very fast to it. This iPhone came out in 2018 and has facial recognition along with a security passcode. It was rated very high in 2018 and is still rated higher over the iPhone 11. I am finding out how fast this iPhone is. With my iPhone 8 I could never get Siri to understand me because I have a disability - problem speaking as clearly as I use to due to surgeries on my neck and it’s no longer a problem with the iPhone XS Max. It learned my voice within a day in a half. Last night I laughed because I was telling my husband how Siri understands me now and Siri started talking to us saying “I can look up information for you on Siri”. And, now I can dictate text messages as well as dictate anything I want in an email and Siri does it for me. So I would highly recommend this iPhone - it’s very fast and there are so many more things you can do on this iPhone. It gives you detailed information on the quickest route to get to your destination. It is definitely geared towards anyone with disability problems such as with speech, eye problems as well as hearing problems. Apple did a great shop with this iPhone. It also has two cameras that takes amazing pictures and videos. In fact my oldest son just bought the same iPhone for himself after seeing how nice my iPhone was. The size is so much bigger and nicer. It’s easy to hold in one hand and still fits into my back pocket easily. I only wish I had bought this iPhone sooner.

This phone is FAST, has an amazing screen and cameras. Using Face ID on the iPhone Xs Max is as fast and convenient as not having a passcode set at all. It is simple to switch between apps or get back to the home screen with the swipe gestures. You'll never miss the home button. The infamous "notch" is something I stopped noticing right away. You won't regret getting this phone.

I have had Android phones since smartphones started. The new iPhone has been very reliable and a big step up from my Samsung Galaxy 8+. The battery lasts all day, performance is great and the face ID is flawless even at night. The camera is also a huge improvement over the Samsung. It did take a little time to get used to IOS vs Android but so far I am really liking how everything works. I also got the watch and I must say the 2 devices work really well together. Much better then the Samsung phone and watch.

I had an iphone 7 plus 256 gb and traded it in for xs max 512. Love the big screen and extra storage for making videos etc from drone footage. Also nice for movies etc. love face id and speed of phone and picture quality is amazing. So many new features and a great camera. Very happy

I was mostly content with my iPhone X but always wished it was a little bigger. The XS Max fits the bill. Biggest iPhone screen ever but in the same body size virtually as the Plus models is exactly what I wanted. Excellent display. Face ID , which worked perfectly for me already appears to be faster and more accurate ( I didn’t have issues often with Face ID not working like some people say they have though so it’s just a perk of an upgrade versus an issue being fixed). Gold color is gorgeous. iOS 12 is great. Only negative I have come across is that the XS/XS MAX does not work with my Belkin stand charger. It constantly cycles as if it isn’t staying plugged in. Researched and found out that it is listed as not compatible. Not sure if Belkin will be able to address the issue or if it’s now just an accessory I can no longer use. Oh and for those that still need it you won’t get the headphone adapter included in the XS/XS Max package. You will have to purchase one if you need it.

The design and gold color of the phone are beautiful. The phone is very fast. The camera is the best I've seen in a phone. The 6.5 inch screen is very bright and sharp, with perfect blacks. The battery easily lasts all day. I am very pleased.

The iPhone XS Max is awesome! Incredible display, great sound quality, and I love the large size. I upgraded from the X just for the bigger display because the X was a great phone. I had just always wished it were a little larger. No home button is awesome, all the gestures feel so natural after only a little use. You will not miss the home button! Battery life is also better. It is simply a high quality device all around and would recommend to everyone! Also, Best Buy is a great place to do your upgrade or first time iPhone purchase!

Purchased this phone as an upgrade for my iPhone 7. I thought that the lack of a fingerprint scanner might be an issue, but face ID works very well. Wireless charging works well through the otterbox commuter case and the battery life is amazing. I typically get two days out of this phone. The size is nice for my large hands. The camera is fantastic and the ability to take 1:1 photos natively through the camera is a convenient bonus. iPhones have done this for a long time, but the convenience and consistency of the apple ecosystem keep me coming back. This phone is expensive. If you keep your phones for a long time, then it's worth it.

Since I upgraded from my old 5s to the current top of the line XS max I wasn't sure what I'd get that was new. So here are just a few that I noticed. Facial recognition is easy to set up and the phone now unlocks when I look at it. Amazing! The cordless charging is awesome. Battery life is a delight especially since my old phone was becoming hard to charge and drained in half a day. Best of all is the MAX size. It still fits in my pocket but I can type on the virtual keyboard if I want. It works smarter and faster. I love it. Just with it has been a bit less expensive... but when it's aid off it will be worth it.

The XS Max is a beast of a phone. The screen is beautiful, and it's wicked fast. Battery life is good too. It's the heaviest smartphone I've ever held, and feels sturdy. I like it, but I can't help but feel that it is not worth its XSive price tag. I could buy 2 flagship android smartphones from Oneplus or Huawei for this price.

I upgraded to the XS Max from a 7 Plus. the phone is virtually the same size but there is a huge difference in screen size. I'd thought about going w/ the smaller XS to experience a smaller phone, but at the last minute decided to go with the XS Max...a decision I definitely do not regret. The screen is enormous and beautiful - great to watch videos or TV. I find myself using my iPad less and less. I was also a little skeptical if I'd be happy with faceID vs the fingerprint sensor but my skepticism was unfounded. faceID is so easy to use and makes the overall experience much better. Only in very bright light have I had any issue and had to fall back to typing in my code, but even that has been rare. It is blazing fast, and with the awesome screen size and faceID, I could not be happier with this phone.

I upgraded from the iPhone X for the larger size and better battery life. This is a beautiful phone. I would recommend for anyone looking to upgrade from an older model iPhone. The speed is amazing. Photos are outstanding. Just make sure you buy a case and screen protection. I would suggest a glass protector. I bought a Belkin from Apple and they installed it with their machine at their physical store. The protector is expensive ($40.00 yikes!), but knowing it will be perfectly aligned will give you peace of mind.

The display is what put it over the top for me and was the main reason I purchased it! The screen is just beautiful and big and that’s what I love! Coming from a plus model, I’m use to the big phones and have had one since they first introduced them, so the size doesn’t bother me at all. With it being all screen now it can be a little more challenging to reach certain parts of the screen even with big hands, but Apple still has the reachability feature on these which makes it easier. The phone feels amazing and very high quality. iOS over the last few generations lost that buttery smooth feel it use to have, Apple has definitely changed that with iOS 12. iOS 12 is a big on improvement on all hardware that will run it, but on the Xs and Xs Max with the 4GB of ram it is seemless like it use to be. These aren’t cheap phones , but they’re definitely worth it if you’re in the market for one. If I had one knock it would be that Apple still ships these with the 5w charging brick even though these phones support fast charging. This to me inexcusable for a phone of this price in 2018/19. If you like a big screen, this thing will satisfy all your needs.

Bought this for my girlfriend on valentine's day. She definitely needed an upgrade from her previous iPhone 6s and she is totally in love with it now. It was an in-store purchase and there is no question about the quality of the product. It was top-notch. I am an android guy but after playing with it for couple of days now, I can say that this is the best iPhone out there. Top of the class display, radient colors, excellent camera (I rate it as second best after pixel), high performance (been 15 days and no lag as per my girlfriend) and excellent battery life. The only potential down-side would be the cost as it is definitely expensive but in my case, it was the right purchase and the right time to do it :)

iPhone XS Max is a great phone! I had the iPhone X when it first came out. I disliked it due to a few reasons, size and Techical glitches that I ran into. Now with the Max I absolutely love it. It’s fast, it hasn’t glitches or locked up on me. The camera is great for normal photos or snap chatting. The phone service seems to work really well in most places that I go. The battery seems to last a while. I work through Gmail on the sarfari for my job. It gets used quite a bit during the day and I always have battery for when I am relaxing before bed. The facial recognition works extremely well. I haven’t had it have any issues not unlocking my phone. If you are an iPhone fan or looking to switch to this phone I would recommend it.

Coming from a previous X model i really wasnt sure if this was a worthy upgrade as many YouTube videos make you think about. Let me tellyou something, upgrading was my best move ever. The Max is everything i had on my X and plenty more. The xtra size, the camera, the 2nd gen face id, faster processor, etc. Do not think about it anymore and do it. You will not regret it I guarantee you.
