My fiancé likes the fact that the screen takes up the entire phone. It makes watching films and shows so much better.

I totally love this phone. I like the screen size. the phone is as big as the iphone 8Plus but the phone is all screen.

Before this I had an iPhone 6 Plus and I was totally skeptical about the new face recognition and the missing of the home button; I was so skeptical that I was really close of buying an iPhone 8Plus instead. I went to the store thinking of purchasing the 8 and last second I just asked for the XS MAX… I have no idea if I lost anything not purchasing the 8 but I am glad I didn’t as I do not miss the home button at all and the face recognition works way better and faster than expected.

I thought the size of the max might be uncomfortable to use and carry in my pocket but it is not. Love everything about it.

Great phone as always. I really like camera since I take a lot of photos. A bit pricey but in the end worth every penny

I upgraded from a 6plus to a 10max. Great phone to work with. The battery life seems to last a lot longer than my 6plus

This the best Iphone I ever own, the 6.5" screen is amazing. Face ID Worked like advertised. Only down side is the price.

The cameras pixilation is INSANE! And with portrait mode the pictures come out looking like a professional took them!

I returned The iPhone xs max and bought the iPhone xs. Between the bottom centered button missing and the sheer size of the screen, It takes Two hands to reach the back arrow at the top of screen. However, I found it to be Faster and more responsive than the iPhone xs i kept.

Easy to set up and use. The camera takes an incredible picture. I like this phone more than my Samsung galaxy 7 (android).

at this point the phone is working great..battery life is great...we'll see over time if anything changed with performance

Upgraded from the 6S plus and couldn’t be happier. Considered the 10R for price, but I am very happy with the phone.
