The phone was expensive but worth it because of everything that you could do with the phone

I am enjoying the bigger screen. I was excited when I found out that apple was making the X with a bigger screen.

When you hear "buttery smoooooth" about the IOS operating system, it's true. Just so fluid and flowing. I really love the phone aside from not having a true multitasking ability. Why can't I have a small picture in picture YouTube video playing while I do other tasks? This phone certainly has the CPU power to do it. Come on Apple! Add this feature and you'd have a home run here!

I had a six plus since they came out but I want a more tech and model phone. It’s a lot quicker then my other phone.

Has more features and short cuts than I will ever know about. Camera takes great pictures and is easy to operate.

I love the camera. I am a second time user for Apple. Even though the camera is the same as a Samsung Galaxy S9+.

Great phone...consistent with Apple quality. Purchased XS phone on sale...still pricey! My first phone was a 6-Plus which was purchased in 2014. I didn’t experience any major problems with the exception of slow response time and diminished battery recharge life, which surfaced in 2018. I am pleased with the support and educational resources that Apple provides. No complaints with the operation of the phone.

I upgraded from a 7 Plus. It's super responsive and the face recognition works well. Even while growing a beard!
