I was really anxious about moving from the X to the XS Max because of how big it looked, but it actually has been fantastic. I love my new phone!

I used to have a Samsung, decided to switch to an iPhone. My whole family has I phones. Easy to use I won’t go back.

Pleased with the upgrade this phone gives me. Shattered my previous I Phone, glad to get this one at a very fair price.

Superior iPhone but for the price and the memory. Wasn’t worth the purchase. Returned it for more storage. 64 just doesn’t cut it anymore IMO.

Smooth, fast, and a pleasure to use. There is little learning curve, but watching a you tube video will help show you the tips and tricks.

Decided to go with the larger XS Max - really happy with the form factor and the phone itself. Less happy with the amount of time it took me to restore my old phone backup to the new one - lots of hitches and headaches. Did mine thru iTunes - highly recommend getting more iCloud storage and going that route.

Nothing like an iPhone! The best- I’ve had lots of. phones, google, android and even windows- best hands down. I’ll never go back.

My wife was in need of a new iPhone. She had a 16gb iPhone 6. We typically keep our phones for about 3-4 years so this was a good purchase

great phone!I love the speed, the larger display is amazing. the missing home button was an adjustment to get used to. faceID is pretty cool.

In a short span of time I had to get 6 and 6s plus and to this now and can see the difference in speed, in particular data with same service provider :) But other than speed and screen size, nothing much has changed. Was expecting at least wireless charger and this is a bit disappointing and hence 4 stars.

The phone has been wonderful, but face-ID issues should not be a thing. I’ve had my iPhone for 2 months and i woke up to it having face-ID disabled and despite me restarting it and resetting it the feature still does not work. For how expensive these phones are their delicacy is their greatest takeaway.

This was bought at the same time as my new iphone except this is for my husband. He loves his Iphone. We love Apple products period!!

After leaving Apple for a year due to the many initial issues with the release of the X and 8 series, I am glad they got it right this year

This phone has everything and more you need to take pictures, make calls, text and great shortcuts

What do you expect from an improved product of iPhone X...quality of picture is astonishing. Did not regret the purchase and worth the wait.
