This is the best phone I ever owned. I only wish I could have purchased the 256GB, so satisfied I don’t think I’ll buy next years release.

I absolutely love the switch I made! The galaxy s9 is a nice phone but had too many glitches. So far I’ve had fantastic luck with the XS max

I bought this IPhone for my daughter 21st Birthday Gift. She loved the phone especially the camera and the pictures quality was excellent.

I would suggest iPhone X Max for any man with an agenda who likes to take pictures and all around likes the convenience at his fingertips

This phone is feature packed with a large high resolution display that makes the most of its formfactor. The user experience is quite simple. That being said, it falls short of android devices that offer better features, ability to customize, run applications side by side, and better overall value.

I was a previous apple user , iPhone 6, switched to Samsung after multiple issues, came back to the XS max and what a huge improvement.

I would highly recommend the iPhone series to anyone who wants a high quality phone and experience. This is the best iPhone I’ve ever had

Similar in size to Galaxy S9 but more usable screen. If you are going to carry the thing you should be able to get the most out of right?

Love my new phone! It is mucha faster than my old one. Pictures are much prettier and it has a larger screen which its very convenient.

Still learning, but easy learning curve! Having switched from android to iPhone I figured I would be riding the struggle bus for quite some time. I’m having a fairly good go of it though. As I come to something I don’t know, I can usually play around and figure it out fairly easily even.

This was a great phone in its time, did everything I needed it to do and the display was very very nice.

After owning a previous iPhone and several android phones I think this iPhone XS Max is probably one of the best phones I have ever owned

Since I knew what I wanted, the process was easy. Only difficulty came when it was taking so long to transfer info from one phone to the next. Said I could finish it at home but that was not easy and I had to call for help. Other than that, we always shop at Best Buy.

The phone is great although the mail did not sync. I need to come in and have them look at that. But the guy who helped me was terrific!

Great purchase! Randy at Best Buy was able to walk me through every step with a friendly and helpful attitude.
