I love the iPhone XS. It was hard at first getting used to not having a home button and sometimes the face recognition has to take a second look. Mostly it works so fast, I didn't realize it saw my face. Amazing. I love the bigger screen.

After owning iPhones since the 4 the size of this phone was the first selling point. Great camera for all types of photography. Syncs well with my iPad and Apple Watch which allows me to use all three for texting, emails and phone calls.

Apple has really outdone themselves with the IPHone XS Max. This phone is for my wife II will be getting an XS soon). The processor is amazing, the feel of the phone is incredible and the clarity of the pics is outstanding. Keep it up Apple!!!

My favorite part about this phone is the screen. The screen is beautiful to look at and whenever I watch videos, the picture is very clear. I also like the portrait mode on the camera because it makes photos look almost professionally done.

The best phone for value. It was half off. I love it. The phone is fast and screen is huge. It is much better than my previous iPhone 7 Plus. I am so thankful for this great deal. Thanks, Best Buy.

I needed extra storage and was still using my iPhone 6. It was time for an upgrade and I’m very glad I went with the XS Max with 512GB. I should not run out of memory for a while! Larger than I was used too, but easy to adjust.

Upgraded from the 7 plus and I am impressed! It’s so much faster and the edge to edge screen is awesome. I missed touch-ID for the first day, but I’m totally used to it being gone now.

If you use your phone mostly for a camera like me then the upgrade to the XS is well worth it. I had an XR and the difference in picture quality is dramatic. I even stopped using my Canon G-11 while on a recent vacation because the pictures were better. The automatic settings were almost always correct. As for the phone capabilities, it is similar to XR, I have Verizon and the service is great. The speaker for phone conversations is good, loud and clear. The speakers for playing music are ok but it is a phone so I don’t expect Bose quality. If you like Apple products it was well worth the upgrade.

This phone is everything I expected it to be except that text messages don't sound off when they come in if the phone is locked. Hoping Apple has a fix for this soon. Love the feel and size of the phone. And the screen is awesome.

Best iphone ever. The cámara is amazing. The battery power on this phone last me all day. I wake up everyday at 5:00am and it last me until I go to sleep which is around 11:30pm. I’m able to go on one charge this phone is amazing.

Everything you want in a cell phone. Screen is extremely clear and pops, great speakers, very good refresh speed when online, good signal strength, and good battery life. Would purchase again.

I was upgrading from an iPhone 6 Plus, not the 6s model, and needless to say there have been some pretty decent upgrades in 4 years as far as phones go. The best part of this upgrade, is the OLED screen. Assuming that most people have experience with an iPhone that are considering this one, 64GB is not going to be enough if you enjoy taking a lot of photos and/or videos without uploading this to a computer, online cloud options, or deleting some. Of the 64GB, the operating system takes approximately 6GB as of now, leaving you with 58GB for apps, photos, etc. Plenty for me, but just know your data usage and consider if this will be enough for you. If you have never owned an iPhone before, this is a great option that is basically a miniature laptop so take good care of it and it can last you 4-5 years pretty easy.

Beautiful, powerful and reliable phone. I bought for my mom and she loves it. Easy to use and battery last all day and camera is great. Highly recommended. Quality is excellent.

This phone is incredible. Amazing amount of space that will last forever. Screen size is awesome for watching media of any kind. Speakers are great and sound quality is high. Everything is fast and easy to look at.

I don’t see huge differences between this model and my old iPhone 6 except there is no home button so you swipe to change screens. It’s a beautiful piece of technology. My online order with in store pickup worked well except that the guy at pickup counter was not friendly and when I asked about help to set up he just handed me a piece of paper with instructions. So then I had to go to a Verizon store and wait for a person who did only the minimum because he didn’t sell the phone. I’m still having problems with connecting the phone with the $500 watch that I also bought and it has. Even two weeks. If I had gotten help from Best Buy I would feel better about my experience. I should have just started with Verizon and maybe I would have gotten decent service there.

If you can’t afford to spend over $1000 for an iPhone, this is a good alternative. The hardest part is getting used to not having a home button. The large 6.5 inch screen is great. Best Buy had this model at a great price despite the 24 month payment plan. The only aggravation was trying to find a case with a screen protector. For some reason, they are very few of them at Best Buy.

Upgraded from iPhone 7 to the Xs max. Don’t miss the home button at all. Didn’t need to read instructions, intuitive to use. Love the bigger screen, especially when watching movies on flights! Phone is a tad heavy though.

As with all the latest iPhones my wife has owned she loves it. No surprise. Great display and super fast. The new camera is amazing. So far no issues with the slower internet/WiFi, I guess that is a random issue though.

So far so good. Haven’t had any issues so far. The processor is definitely an upgrade from my 7. Still adjusting to not having a home button but I think I like it better and the face recognition is way better.
