I got this iPhone XS Max as an upgrade. I used to have an iPhone X. The screen of this iPhone is amazing! Every single part and pixel of this phone Is worth the price. The screen is quite big, but it's beautiful.

The iPhone X’s max is an awesome phone! Although I prefer androids the battery life is superb and the camera is good as well. Phone is super loud. Representatives was helpful in explaining the phone to me as well

I was so-so on making the investment on a new phone but there are enough new gadgets that is worth it. You quickly realize how easy face recognition makes your life easier and the camera is much much better.

With Face ID, wireless charging and now a larger screen this is one of the best iPhones yet! The only negative is the price, which is pretty steep, but you do get a quality device made with quality materials.

Best Buy Tech set the phone up and it works as advertised. So far I like the face recognition and the quality and size of the display. This phone replaced an iPhone 7+ and absolutely no learning curve.

I enjoy this phone so much. I thought that I would miss the home button when upgrading from the 8+ but I honestly don’t miss it at all. I find it more convenient without the button. My favorite is the camera.

I didn’t know if I would like the larger size phone, but I am really enjoying it. The text size can be enlarged so it’s much easier to read. I like the extra storage to I can have many more apps installed.

This is an upgrade from the iPhone 6S Plus and the difference is astounding. The phone is light years ahead of my previous device. I pre-ordered the phone to be picked up on release day. I was a bit nervous not knowing if the devices would arrive on schedule but not only were the devices received but I received the notification the night before my pick up day. The speed if the new processor is fantastic, the color is the best I've seen on a phone. It's definitely worth the price.

Switching from my 3.5 year old Samsung Galaxy S7, this is a gamechanger. The best part is the 64G storage and the dual camera. I bought this a week before my trip to Africa, and I did not regret it a bit!

Took me two weeks to get used to the size, but I'm loving taking pictures with it and watching video. Easy on the eyes. Replaces my Ipad. I recommend purchasing some wireless headphones with it though.

I love the bigger screen and enough storage to hold everything I need with lots of extra space. I just haven't figured out how to easily turn Pandora off, as swiping up doesn't seem to work.

This is the best purchase I ever had, the product was in an awesome condition, it took like 5 mins to get to that decision, the team at BestBuy were very knowledgeable and their advice was spot on. I prefer buying from BestBuy than at apple store, there are many perks for buying at BestBuy if you are an elite member you get points for the purchase. About the product: This is the best phone Apple has designed to date, I know it is expensive but the price is worth it. Best camera, great battery life, with no almost zero bezels. Even it is impossible for Apple to beat this product next year. My only advice for people on the fence about buying this, BUY IT, you'll not regret your decision if you are ok with the big screen(which I love) go for iPhone XS Max, if not go for iPhone XS. Both are great phones. But whatever it is you are buying it from BestBuy..!!!

This phone has everything a phone should have and more... Camera, speed, color, sound, etc. I’ve been with Android for years and I can say that they have some great phones. But Apple takes the cake!

I switched because my 7+phone died. I’m so happy this phone has same screen size. Wish it wasn’t so costly. It does take some time as there is no longer a home button. Still learning.

Awesome phone! Screen size is great! The extra you get on the ends now. The speed is incredible. I notice it especially when using google maps. A little pricey of course but you get what you pay for.

I love the camera on this phone! It’s amazing! The battery is pretty great to. Not having to worry about always having a charger handy, is nice. Everything else is pretty much the same as my 6s

The screen alone is worth the upgrade. The 6.5 inch screen is just so big and beautiful, still having the reachability feature makes it manageable if you have small hands. Turning on reachability allows you to swipe down in the bottom right and brings the screen down making it easier to reach stuff up top. If you’re coming from a plus model iPhone this will feel very familiar at least size wise, if you’re coming from a smaller phone it really doesn’t feel to big.

Make sure you upgrade to the 256GB as the cameras are so good you will take lots of videos and pics! However, Apple MUST do something about the price...very expensive.

I upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus to the XS Max and there is a noticeable difference in speed. Took a little while to get used to the missing home button but not a big deal. So far I love it.

CANNOT go wrong with this phone. The screen size and speakers are amazing. Just when you think apple cannot make a better product, they do. Love this phone. Love the added storage to the device.
