I am an Android fan that bit into the Apple. I was looking for commonality with Facetime, Airdrop etc with all my family and friends using iOS. As for the phone...great bright screen, clear, great camera and photos including selfies. Can't go wrong with Apple's hardware on the XSMax.

Bought this phone for the wife, the Gold looks pretty good this time too and apparently it is one of the more popular colors. Anyway, the highlight here is the OLED screen, which if you have never owned an OLED television or spent any time with an OLED screen the difference in colors and blacks will be a delight to you. Everything else is as you would expect from an iPhone, high quality. If you have never owned an iPhone before, this is a little pricey but if you take care of it then it will serve you 4 years pretty easily, and longer but after about 4 years you may start to notice not all apps will be compatible with it anymore (typically games and such).

Got this phone on sale, saw older refurbished phones for the same price. Set up was easy, you do need wifi though. I already had a previous iphone so everything just flowed over from the cloud. The display is excellent, very sharp. Takes great pictures.

The XS Max is a great phone, but coming from a X, there really isn't much difference besides the screen size. Although it is the same size as a 8+, the XS Max seems larger due to the extended surface area. At times the phone seems almost too big, but other times the big screen blows me away.

It took some getting used to for my husband seeing as how he switched from Andriod to Apple but he seems to really like his phone. With 512 GB space, he has plenty of storage for his music, pictures, videos, etc without worrying about running out.

I’ve had this phone for about 6 months now and it’s been great! To start off there were some issues with charging but Apple addressed those. The only thing I don’t like is the glass back. I recommend a clear glass case for those of us who prefer as naked of a feel as possible

I love my new iPhone! all the features make it so much easier to use. I think this iPhone is the most significantly better compared to previous versions. The only thing is I wish they had a white and black color option rather than just black with the silver, gold or space gray accents.

I turned 40 and then suddenly couldn't read my old iPhone X even though I had the font the largest size and I didn't want to start using readers. I upgraded to the XS Max and can easily read the text on the bigger screen. The phone is bigger but I can barely tell the size difference

Such a great and amazing phone. Finally the storage space one needs. The battery is actually really good as it can last all day long (with minimal WiFi use). The screen and camera do a great job with a ton of features. Very pricey but if you have the extra it’s worth it.

Good buy for 512 GB. Nice iPhone with great screen. The camera is inferior to iPhone 11 and All Google Pixel phones.

It’s just a big iPhone. Really. Camera is good and does the job. The notch is sometimes annoying. If you like a big screen you should buy it.

I like the phone so far. Has a lot of options. Good photos and communication features. Enjoying larger screen although a bit bulky.

This phone is light years ahead of my old iPhone 6 so what’s not to love abou it. I was a little worried about the size/bulkyness but that just took some getting used to in the beginning...now I’m glad I got the bigger screen size - just makes things so much easier to read.

She loves everything about it. The camera, the style, and the easy to use. Not to mention it's the most popular for kids her age.

No home button coming from using an iPhone 7 Plus ... no problem for me adjusting. It just takes a little getting used to it. Love the Face ID works every time without any glitches. The OLED screen res is beautiful. Camera function seems quicker than on my previous iPhone 7.

I absolutely love this phone. I haven’t have a bad time with this phone thus far...And it’s so much fun shopping around for cases. The camera is great for me. I love taking pics of my kids and myself. I watched a ton of unboxing vids and reviewing vids and it’s everything most has said. I purchased the Gold version and I’m in love with it. The screen is much bigger than my previous Android phones. The Face ID is very fast for me. It fits wonderful in my hands and I have small hands. Me personally, I don’t like bulky cases because I want to show off my new toy. If you’re like me and has a love/hate relationship between androids and IPhones, I would definitely choose this phone. It was time to change up my toy. Enioy!!

I’m an apple fan from way back. Still like their stuff. I cracked the screen on my last iPhone. Before I could get it fixed I dropped and obliterated the screen. So new phone time. No home button, so getting used to new system/features. Still love apple stuff.

Have had for only a couple of weeks now, but am loving the iPhone, especially the size of the bigger screen. At least this way, I don't have to grab glasses to read the fine print. Am still getting used to a "no home" key … but am very pleased with the purchase so far.

switched to iPhone for first time. price always kept me away, but got a good deal so went ahead. had 2 yr old lg w 5.8inch screen and this is barely bigger in footprint, but has larger 6.5 inch screen! think I am going to love it !!
