Enjoyable device. I like the clarity and speed of the camera system. Slight learning curve for the new layout (no home button) from iPhone 8 Plus. Easy to figure out but old habits are hard to break.

I upgraded from a 5s that was 6 years old. I did not realize what a large difference this would make in my daily work. I am able to do more work ( texting, dictating and e-mailing) so much faster and with greater ease. I would recommend this phone to any clinician.

This phone was extremely expensive. I needed an upgrade and decided to get this phone as it was the top of the line and i am hoping that it really performs and makes me happy that i spent so much on it.

Going from a iPhone 7 to this is a night and day change. It is great. Wireless charging and the screen size is exactly what I wanted.

I originally had Samsung smart phones before the IPhone. I never liked iPhones because they were so “cliche”; I’m glad I finally made the switch. This was the best phone I have ever owned, and it is very reliable. Amazing camera as well! I’ve only had nothing but problems with Samsung phones, and I was more than fed up with all the problems. I finally made the switch to IPhone last year, and I couldn’t be happier. The IPhone XS Max was the best purchase I have ever made. Thank you Apple!

Great phone, Camera is very sharp and clear, of course it’s large screen is a plus, but is it worth the price? I don’t know

I bought iPhone XS Max to replace my older iPhone 6 that I purchased six years ago. So far I am happy with this new phone to me after four months. The only thing that I didn’t like is the price, it could be more cheaper.

Love the phone and it is a step up from the 8+ with the very quick face recognition. Only draw back is the price of the phone.

Hesitant giving up iPhone 7plus but the facial recognition works surprisingly well and fast. Gold color on this model is flashy and noteworthy. Great apple product! Display is very nice especially compared to other phones this is by far with clarity and color.

I do not write reviews too often, but this iPhone is the best by far. Love everything about it. I upgraded from the 6splus and while I did like the thumbprint protection, the face recognition has been a great added feature. I have not had any issues with it.

I love the big screen and there is no beating the camera quality. But for the price, they could have included a fast charger

So new phone is going well...had it since October and so far the face recognition didn't work 5 times. No biggie just enter the code. I am on my phone a lot is an understatement... So 5 time is nothing! Other than that the phone takes AMAZING pics!!!

I upgraded from an iPhone 7 and I could not be more happy with the switch. This phone just feels more premium, and the space gray option looks so elegant. Could not be more content with the MAX version because of how big the screen is! Definitely a buy!

Apple - iPhone XS Max 64GB - Space Gray (Verizon). I really love my phone, never laggs, can always multitasking is easy when using different apps, I enjoy gaming on it, the space is great have tons of games & apps.

I switched from a Galaxy S9+ to an iPhone XS Max and this has been no problem getting used to. I switch back and forth between iOS and Android every few years. The hardest part was transferring everything to iPhone. Other than that no issues.

Camera is the best. Bigger screen.... nothing changed much. Sometime it will reset but I think it has to do with updates.

This iPhone is much quicker than my previous iPhone 6 Plus. Maybe my battery was getting old, but the difference is remarkable. This is a very expensive phone but if held for a period of years, the additional cost per year is worth the expense.
