So far so good, only have had product for a couple of weeks. Great camera. Love the big, clear screen.

After spending a year with Samsung so I could get a larger sized phone, I was pleased to see apple come out with the large iPhone XS Max. I have enjoyed the phone so far, especially since it syncs to my iMac and iPad Pro.

The screen is a great improvement over the 8 plus I had. Face ID work pretty great, and no lagging.

Though compared to the iPhone X, which came out a year ago, the iPhone XS Max does not add more features apart from an awesome bigger screen and a more sophisticated camera with optical zoom, by far this one has been the best iPhone yet. FaceID works awesomely and is super-fast, and I so totally don't miss TouchID. The iPhone XS Max is a beautifully designed phone, comes with a modern iOS operating system, and is a lot of fun to use. A major step up coming from an iPhone 7 Plus, which by the way has similar dimensions but a lot smaller screen. Very highly recommended if you are willing to spend this much.

Coming from an iPhone 7 Plus, I was skeptical about purchasing this phone simply because of the notch and lack of Touch ID support. However, after using the product for a few months, all of those worries are gone and I could not be more pleased with this device. Face ID is incredibly responsive and according to Apple much more secure than Touch ID. In addition, the notch it something that you rarely notice and even when you notice it it's just part of the design - it doesn't interfere with the UI as I originally anticipated. If you love big iPhones, this is the phone to get. The iPhone 8 Plus can't hold a candle to the XS Max (coming from someone who owned a 7 Plus for a few years). The screen is much better, as is Face ID. Nice work, Apple.

The phone is beautiful! The screen is huge. Easy to maneuver.

I am a lifelong Android user and am coming from a Pixel2 XL which I always liked. After much debate and research, I switched to apple and I am loving it so far. It's been easy to learn and reliable. Great phone!

iPhone XSMax 512GB is awesome. It works great as a phone and the camera is great! Our daughter was beyond excited to receive this for her birthday gift from us. It is a great phone!

I purchased my phone about a week ago. I previously had a 8 plus with 256 gb and now I have 512 which is wonderful more storage space. The feel of the phone is smooth and sleek. I love the Face ID for better security.

Apple update the the X and has a bigger screen. Great vivid screen better than the last phone.

I believe this is the best iPhone yet. With that being said, if you have the iPhone X, I would not upgrade unless you want the bigger Xs Max or the gold color.

I like the phone and the clarity of my photos. However, I miss the home button on the bottom.

Yes, it was pricey, but this is the best iPhone that I have ever owned - love the size and design. Great build quality and operation and just work as it should. To me it is the standard of phones.

I really like this phone. It took a little getting use to coming from an older apple, so spend 30 minutes on apple site showing you how to do all the things you did with your old apple. Camera is great as well.

Got this for my son. He needed a MacBook for school and gave the excuse that he had to have an iPhone...apparently, his Pixel 4 wouldn't cut it. He loves it.

If you don’t feel like paying over $1000 for an iPhone, this particular model is a good alternative. The only aggravation is trying to find a case with a screen protector. For some reason, there are very few at Best Buy. The only other aggravation is trying to use the iPhone X without a home button. This was a great by during July if you get a 24 month payment plan.

Face ID is awesome. Call quality, video quality and reception is all improved over previous iPhones. The Max ads nice screen size without much extra bulk.
