I’ve had iPhones since January 2010 when I got my 3GS. Since then I’ve had the 4, 4s, 5, 5s, and 6s-Plus. I loved my 6s-Plus so much that I never wanted to go beyond it but I broke down and got this one. I love it. It requires getting used to the changes from not having a home button but the improvements are awesome.

Excellent new power tools the depth control seems to be a break through dual camera system are so good for a beginner.The price ,the size and all the features make it a great IPhone to handle .

I was skeptical about buying such an expensive phone. But I liked using it from day one. And each day I learn something new. I’ve already talked several family members into purchasing the iPhone X

It's good overall. It's an iPhone. My biggest complaint is that the necessary actions without a home button are difficult and funky. I understand the desire to get rid of that button, but Apple has to rethink their current solution. Battery has also notably depreciated after just a few weeks, it's still great but I'm concerned the depreciation continues.

If asked to describe this phone in a few words it would be, super cool and futuristic, very expensive. The phone is awesome, it’s smooth and it runs great, however I am still shook on the price.

I upgraded from the iPhone X to the XS Max because of the battery life upgrade and screen size increase. I'm on my phone a lot for business, and the screen size increase makes a dramatic difference. I also upgraded from the 64GB model of iPhone X and that also has helped as I was always running out of storage. Very impressed with the craftsmanship of this device, and also the fact that an official battery case from Apple was released. I was on a business trip and used my new phone as a hotspot for 3 hours in an airport, all day at a tradeshow, and was still at 80% charge with the battery case on there. It was nuts as my iPhone X would have needed two charges with that same usage.

Daughter upgraded to this phone last week and I'm completely jealous. I put it next to my 8 plus and the resolution and increase in screen size puts mine to shame. Looking Forward to the upgrade.

I went from having an IPhone 8 Plus to this phone and I love the new one. I saw a huge difference in camera quality. It took a couple days to get used to no home button but now it’s like nothing.

Loving the full screen! Upgraded from a 7plus so having no home button took a bit of getting used to. Sometimes still wish there was a home button/finger scanner instead of always having to manually enter your password or having to tip the phone for facial recognition. System was a bit slow at first but the next software update took care of all of that. Still, overall love the phone!

Easy to use Great pictures Great sound I do hope last longer than 2 years

The iPhone XS Max serves as the latest Apple offering. The screen is large, the images clearer, and the functions operate well ... for a price. If you want the newest technology - GO FOR IT.

This is a vast improvement and upgrade from my iPhone 6! I have been a repeat Best Buy customer for years and I was extremely disappointed in the service I received when buying this phone. I purchased this phone on line to save some time in getting this purchased and set up completed. Upon arriving at the store I was told I was on my own transferring data and setting up the phone with my provider. Ultimately I had to visit the Version store to resolve issues with the SIM card and get the phone up and running. I’m not very happy with the Geek Squad I encountered! Poor customer service and this will be my last upgrade performed through Best Buy.

My wife love the phone. She love the color. This is the 1st with the max but second time under the x series and feels that there was no major difference just the bigger screen Obviously

Smooth as expected, still getting used to the size coming from the X which I must say it was perfect as well. Difficult to operate with one hand however the bigger screen is definitely a plus!

Wife wanted to change to an iPhone and got this one. She has been able to figure it out easy enough. And the Apple support has been there everytime she's had a question.

Tried an Apple for first time after using Galaxy for most of my smart phone life. What a difference, I should of went to Apple from the beginning for ease of use and functionality.

I’ve had all model sizes the iPhone has made & I love the large size the best, like the new XS Max. I’ve started watching tv shows on my phone & picture is clear & easy to see in the screen.

If you like iPhone & big screen. This is it. Only the price is not friendly.

Prior to this upgrade, I had an iphone 6S. I was hesitant at first to upgrade to the XS Max because I was worried that I would miss the home button too much. It didn't take me long to adapt and although I have the virtual home button on my screen, I find that I hardly use it. This iphone is fantastic! I love everything about it, the look, the size, the processing speed and the camera. I see myself hanging on to this phone for the next 3-4 years.

Was very hesitant to buy this phone because of the price, but I am glad I did. Going on a trip soon and looking forward to using this phone as my camera. Pictures are amazing.
