Very happy with it so far. Took a little bit to get used to the size and lack of button but now, have no problem.

Got the XS Max because of the new bigger screen and love the feel and size of the phone and feels great in the hand.

I came from an iPhone 5S, so the upgrade was a welcomed one. No issues with the phone so far, after over 1 year of use. Took some time to get used to the interface (no more Home button) and not having a dedicated headphone jack was a bummer (had to buy a separate adapter for that), but the larger screen real estate and faster hardware made up for that loss.

Upgraded my iPhone. Takes a while to get used to not having a home button but life is about change. Excellent phone.

When you hear "buttery smoooooth" about the IOS operating system, it's true. Just so fluid and flowing. I really love the phone aside from not having a true multitasking ability. Why can't I have a small picture in picture YouTube video playing while I do other tasks? This phone certainly has the CPU power to do it. Come on Apple! Add this feature and you'd have a home run here!

I had a six plus since they came out but I want a more tech and model phone. It’s a lot quicker then my other phone.

Has more features and short cuts than I will ever know about. Camera takes great pictures and is easy to operate.

I upgraded from iPhone 6S plus to the iPhone Xs Max. It AWESOME! Nice colors great features. Face ID is the bomb!

Pixels and colors are sharp and vibrant. The touchscreen is super responsive and smooth like silk. I love it.

700 off the 256GB was sold out so got the 512. More than enough. Again the screen is great

I’ve always been a fan of Apple.. but I was a bit skeptical to loose my home button. It took me about a week to stop pressing the bottom middle of my phone, but it was worth it. Much faster and easier to maneuver than my previous iPhone 8 Plus. The camera is way better as well. Don’t let the commercials of, “There’s no difference in this phone vs. the last model”.. because there is. I’m glad I bought this phone, and can’t wait for next year’s model to come out!

I specifically chose this phone for the screen size! Have a new granddaughter and wanted my videos and pics BIG!

Excellent iPhone, has great picture resolution. Extremely fast when downloading an scrolling through apps. You can easily store tons of information with 256 gb with this iPhone. I really enjoy watching videos, movies, sports, and games on the gigantic screen that it comes with. Battery life is amazing, time it takes to fully charge the battery is great as well.
