The best phone ever, I love the camera it’s very clear ,come out with great pictures

The iPhone XS Max is wonderful; upgraded from a 6s. Ordered online, drove to store, picked-up -- couldn't be easier! Had to call Verizon Support to get MyVerizon updated to activate the new iPhone; not hard, just a little time consuming. Overall, very satisfied with Best Buy price and customer service, absolutely love the iPhone XS Max, and Verizon is okay, but MyVerizon needs some improvements.

Coming from an iPhone 6s plus, I was expecting to be impressed and so far I haven't been disappointed. The face ID function to unlock the phone is great, the camera is definitely a step up and has the nice portrait mode, and overall everything is much quicker. It took a second to adjust to the bigger screen and the placement of things for the keyboard, etc., but overall, no regrets on the upgrade.

Really like this phone, the camera is nice and has good features. The only thing I’m not crazy about is sometimes the face regognition can be hard to use and makes you try multiple times. Other than that it’s great.

I love my IPhone XS Max. The battery life is amazing. I can go a full day on a charge.

I went from a Note 9 to the XS Max because of a recent hearing aid purchase that would work better with an iPhone. The Note 9 was a better phone for a much better price. Where the XS Max beats it is with the camera. Much better pictures and more options. There also seem to be more android apps with no charge than iPhone. I also have tried every free iPhone app to stream to LG and Samsung TV's and "it ain't happening". The phone has a nice screen but I also think the note 9's curved screen has it beat. I'm not sure if I'd buy it again but it will do, as I tend to keep a phone a while.

Ok spending 1400 to buy a cell phone sounds crazy. But I would do it again in a second. This replaced the 8plus and is better in every way. Can’t believe how much faster it is at everything. Camera and video are awesome. I compare this to my 2000 plus mirror less. This one was AT&T as i need it for work to make calls in some remote areas. I put a case and screen protector on it the same day.

The battery life is awesome on this phone! seemingly at least double my old 7S Max!

No home button is different at first. Bring the headphone jack back. Cumbersome to have the extra piece to plug in headphones and you need a splitter type of you want to charge your phone and plug your headphones in.

Xs Max is a nice phone. Easy to use, face reconition much better than previous model.

I previously had a smaller iPhone. I’m very happy with the size of the iPhone XS Max.
