The iPhone XS Max was a great purchase. The ability to use the charging station in my car is a great feature. I love the face recognition. The larger screen is very useful as we are getting older. The cost is way up there but it was worth it..

I love this phone. Really wasn’t impressed with the demo at the store but took the plunge anyways since I shattered my 6s plus and very happy I did. Love the features and face unlock works splendidly even in dark, with glasses, with shades and hat.

It is a good phone but the price is a little high and you get more with other manufacturers at lower price points.

Very expensive but I’m upgrading from a 6s, so I saved up for this. I’m extremely impressed. It’s exceeds all of my expectations. Any of the new Apple iPhones are good. Go with what you need.

Great phones like always. Camara is amazing good. I wish they had include the aux adapter like they did with iphone x.

I’ve been an android user for a long time I’m still unsure about iPhone but this phone is very fast and feels nice.

I like it. The lack of home button took some getting used to. But I love all the space. It takes great pictures.

Everything works well such as the camera. It has so many ways to enhance the pictures you take. Portraits can have many different options for the backgrounds. The phone itself is so easy to use with the new face recognition unlocking feature.

Purchased for my wife. She uses her phone constantly. After over a year of hard use the battery life is still excellent and the phone performs as good as it did when it was new.

After years of contemplating, I finally took the plunge and switched form Galaxy to Apple. Was it worth it? Yes and no. There are some simple tasks that I cannot seem to figure out with the iPhone, but there are many other features that it adds that Samsung was lacking. Face ID is the one that stands out the most. Overall, I find these platforms to be fairly even, and I recommend it to current Apple or other Android users. But it definitely isn't the end all be all.

By far, the best phone I have owned to date. Have always had iPhones, but I did try Samsung S7 & S8, and also Google Pixel 3 before purchasing Xs Max. Having the larger screen size without the bezels makes the experience much better, would have been 5 star review but Siri and voice recognition is still far behind Google. Still a great phone, which I can use Google AI on iPhone.

I just switched from my 6 plus to my Max 512. Easy to learn new feachers, but doing things with a home button has slowed me down. Still have not fully utilized everything this phone can do, but I know I will have time to grow into my new phone

The best phone out there!! Hands down. I upgraded from the 6s Plus and it’s totally worth it. I did my research and found out that if you have the 8 it’s an ok upgrade but anything below 7 is a must. Great camera and it does amazing things!

Love the phone! I like the feel, slim, sleek, easy to hold, and I really like the full screen coverage, no border. The camera is beyond spectacular, & face recognition is very handy. I really haven’t found anything about it I don’t like yet.

So glad I upgraded from 6s plus- my battery was dying all the time and I knew I had to upgrade soon. Thank goodness for best buy credit card financing! I got the gold iPhone max and don't regret it! make sure to buy a zagg screen protector!

This phone is just awesome, I would definitely purchase two, but see the way my bank account is setup it won’t allow me to. Just know the awesomeness of this is unmeasurable. BIG FACTS!!!

This was an awesome buy an the best priced around the Mall. Not only that! I always get her hand me downs and really looking forward for next year that she up grades....lol You will see her next year at Best Buy buying her new phone!

Having a phone is a must. I love this phone but I must say it was way too expensive. It’s ridiculous what these companies are charging for these phones. Overall, purpose has been served.
