I was reluctant to get a larger phone and add more bulk to my purse, but it fits nicely and isn’t a problem. I love having a bigger, clearer screen. I especially like the camera - specifically the portrait settings. Amazing, near professional portraits are easy - awesome! The only negatives are not having battery % show on the home screen, and the swipe motion needed to view all open apps is awkward.

i’ve had an iPhone 4s, 5, 6s, 7, and 8 plus in the past, but none of them comes close to what the iPhone XS Max has in store for you. The iPhone 8 Plus was also a good buy if you’re looking for something a bit cheaper but the XS max is really amazing. Personally love the infinity screen, face recognition, and the camera!

Love the fact that there is no home button. Super fast and very sleek! Best model yet!

I am coming from a 6S Plus and can confirm that this is a way better phone than that. The phone itself is buttery smooth and the new lack of button just gives you full real estate to marvel at the new screen. The face id works really well and the gesture controls are really easy to remember. I would imagine it would be pointless to upgrade from an X but if you have anything older, its worth considering.

Great phone. Takes a minute getting used to lack of home button but it’s progressive and I like it. Camera is awesome and finally competes with the Galaxy phone. Three minor downsides for now: 1) turning phone off is now a two-button movement since there is not a home button; 2) taking screenshot is different; 3) the ability to accidentally dial 911 is strangely easier (for me).

This phone is great, little hard to navigate if you have small hands, for one handed use. The camera is amazing and take great shots. The video quality is great as well, after making adjustments in the settings to allow 4K at 30 or 60 FPS. Battery lasts all day using the phone and I recommend getting the larger charger $49 to charge this easy quickly. The regular charger in the box is a slow charge.

I always had a Samsung phone I love the android not to mention my oculus, but I also had a lot of problems with it always getting hot battery power not lasting, so this time I decided to try the apple phone and let me tell you I love it the battery power lasts all day the features are great still learning new things but I recommend it the live emoji’s are great love it love it.

To all the people that don’t like iPhones or to all the people that think iPhones are inferior phones and say android is better. That is very subjective. The screen size, the quality of the display, everything of this phone is awesome. I’m not giving a technical point of view I’m just describing my own experience with this unit. Greatest phone out there. Love it. Expensive? Yes! Worth it? Yes!!!!!!!!

As the Iphone 6+ is not supported by IOS 13, it was time to upgrade. Bought this unit instead of the newer 11s because the case I wanted was available immediately. Get a screen protector as well - friends who haven't get scratches on the first day of use. The camera, sound quality and speed are far beyond what I had gotten used to with my out of date phone. Worth the price.

So far so good with my new iPhone which was a replacement for my iPhone 6S Plus. Same size, but more screen area so able to see more. Has taken some time to get used to the swiping motion you use to open things rather than pushing the home button, but the good thing is there are no longer open pages which I would forever forget to close and then spend some time closing them all when it seemed that my battery was depleting or the phone seemed to slow down.

I love the size, the clarity and the speed of this phone. Even pictures are better.
