Replaced my Iphone 6+ which the speaker broke. Also my battery was garbage I was charging 4x a day. Needless to say I am a heavy user as my phone is used for work. With the Xs Max I charge once every other day. Screen is amazing, love the camera as well! A bit pricey but I keep a phone for a long time!

I’m probably going to repeat what othershave said in their reviews but this iPhone XS was purchased for my daughter and she loves it. Coming from an iPhone 8 to this bigger, better iPhone was a huge improvement she loves the bigger screen bigger phone and faster Performance. Thanks

I upgraded from the iPhone 7 Plus, and I’m happy to say I don’t miss the home button at all. The buttonless front gives the phone an even more premium look, and the oled display is a real upgrade from the LCD in the older generations. iOS 12 is also fast and refined especially with the Xs Max.

Have yet to have an issue. It's big, I like them big. I like the animoji & mimoji thing. It takes some getting used to the no home button. Camera is nice. The only thing that kinda sucks is because it's so new and big is that there are not a wide assortment of cases out which isn't a phone issue itself.

The screen is beautiful, the operation is slick and the speed is amazing on this phone. Though the price is on the upper end, the style and functionality continues to be second to none. I highly recommend Apple and Apple products for their functionality and even security. Well done Apple.

I have been an apple fan for a long time. At first I was afraid that I wasn't going to like the fact of not having a button, but it hasn't been so bad so far. It takes a little getting use to but I'm enjoying the phone. I love the camera and all the options that you have. Pretty fast as well.

I’ve had many iterations of the iPhone but I feel like this one has the biggest learning or getting used to curve. The phone size is good and the screen looks great but the no finger print sensor took some time for me to get used to. I’ve had a couple of times where my phone wouldn’t wake and I would have to reset the phone. Overall if you have a 7plus or newer I would wait for the next phone. I upgraded from a 6 that was going obselete so it was a good buy for me.

I have been vacillating between this purchase because I didn’t feel like learning a new phone but I’m glad I got it. It is very user friendly and has a decent battery life. I like the full screen especially while watching tv on the phone. I thought I would miss the button at the bottom but a quick swipe up and you’re back to the home screen. When I first bought the phone, I was playing a game and didn’t know how to get back to the home screen. Make sure you identify the bar at the bottom of the screen so you can swipe up. The picture and sound quality are great.

I was a little hesitant giving up the home button with my iPhone 8 Plus. When I got the XS Max i haven't missed the home button from the archaic iPhones. The way the OS is set up is very intuitive and the screen to the edges is amazing. Glad I ditched the home button and moved on to the new tech!

This phone is hands down the best one I've ever owned. I cannot say enough good things about this phone. It's fast and very big. Coming from an iPhone X I can appreciate the increased screen size. The newer chip allows everything you throw at it to move along at a speedy clip. Excellent phone.

I like the big screen and the pics this thing takes is incredible. Watching a movie with the new screen is amazing and most important, because at the end of the day it needs to make calls, the sound quality when hearing another person is excellent. The high price was a tough pill to swallow though.

I love this phone. I skipped the iPhone X last year because I wanted to the bigger phone that I knew was coming. I came from an iPhone 7 Plus. This phone feels bigger with the smaller bezels. I have love how the physical dimensions are about the same. This is screaming fast!!!! Way to go Apple!

More screen! Awesome pictures. Definitely an upgrade from the Iphone X. Everything runs great on this phone and looks better. I still wish Apple would give more memory to its lower priced phones. Seems like for the price they could put 256GB instead of only 64 but haven't gone over yet.

Really happy with this purchase, Apple really knows how to make a high quality, streamlined product every time. The size of this is a perfect step up for my last phone the 7 Plus, and the full screen is super nice. Great camera quality as I’ve come to expect from Apple as well.

I was so excited to buy this phone. I have been using it nonstop since I bought it. I was skeptical about the face recognition but not anymore. It is easy to use and now I like it better than the finger print feature. The battery life on it lasts a very long time. I highly recommend this phone!

Phone itself is great. Ios 12 is still a little wonky. Screen is big and vibrant. Sound is still tinny if you have a case. I am ambivalent about the loss of fingerprint scanner. Face I'd Is fun but hard to use in dark or if you have it on a holder and are not angled where it can see your face.

going from the "button" to the no button was so much easier than even I thought it would be, the camera is spot on. the price of course not so much so this phone will have to last longer than my previous one so with that said I hope that the battery turns out to be better than the last ones

Ended up with XS Max after first trying the XS. Both phones have a lot of screen. The XS turned out to have a slightly more narrow screen than my previous phone. The keypad characters were cramped & text to fine for easy reading. The XS Max corrected that. Great phone if you can grasp it & don’t mind carrying a larger phone. Great sound projection from speakers & good screen.

Went from the IPhone 6S Plus to this phone... AMAZING isn’t even a great enough start. I wanted a large screen, with the newest technology, but didn’t want to pay for the 11Pro Max price,,, This phone does it all and is wicked fast!!! Amazing purchase!!!

I admit I am Apple sheep! Only because every time I buy Apple products they never let me down! This phone is fast not unlike other phones but I’m partial to the apple ecosystem! I used to be an android girl until I bought a Mac and after that I was hooked! This phone is just easy!
