This phone has been really good so far. I wasn't super excited about this being an S year (software) for Apple, but I must say I was excited about the large 6.5" display, as I like the bigger screen. It's been real snappy and quick with no problems so far.

Great iPhone quality as usual, and I love the larger screen over the iPhone X that it replaced. The camera is excellent, as expected. Overall I'm very satisfied knowing this will be my phone for the next 2-3 years.

I have purchased every iPhone model for 10 years now. This by far is the best one made. I like that the screen is much larger, however I'm still able to hold the phone in one hand and press the functions. The camera is fantastic and images are terrific!

Everyone kept talking about how there wasn’t much difference in the X and this phone but it was certainly worth the money. The pictures are a lot clearer and my battery is so much better too.

Upgraded from a 7plus. I absolutely love it. Screen is fantastic and camera resolution is improved. I love the full screen design. Don’t miss the button at all. Only con is price.

I was a little bit skeptical going to a glass phone and about many of the new features Apple introduced...but I have to say that this phone is amazing! Battery life is great! Screen is beautiful! And I’m more than ok with the notches on top!

I had an Apple iPhone 8 Plus and just bought the iPhone XS Max 256 GB. It is faster, stays charged longer, and has much more storage capacity. We also got it far cheaper than we could have at Verizon. Thank you!

I moved from two generations to the current iPhone Max! WOW! The speed is wonderful. I'm still adjusting to the "swipe" concept but so far, I am impressed with this phone. I really enjoy not having to charge it every night as with my previous phone!

It took 2.40 hours to upgrade from 6+ to IPhone xs Max. Perhaps that is why the tech forgot to show me how it works since it is different from the 6+. With no home button i had to buy book for “ training. As I learn new features i am enjoying the bigger screen and new foto capabilities. If I think of it as a great camera, computer as well as phone then it justifies the great expense!

I contemplated getting the regular XS but compared screen size when playing video and for me the XS Max won it out! After having the iphone 5S , 6 and 7 plus now having the XS Max , I can honestly say the XS Max is the best iPhone ever. Its fluid and very easy to use. I personally like the size and the pictures are amazing. The battery could be a little better but nonetheless it still holds just enough juice until the next charge. The speaker is clear and antenna seems to get a better and clearer reception. Calls are clear and the overall feel is exceptional. I'd recommend the new iPhone XS Max to anyone looking for a new level of experience on the latest iPhone.

Very happy. Traded in iPhone 7 which I never liked. The 10 does require some new learning though. There are still some things I have trouble figuring out how to do. Battery life is much longer than in the 7, and ease of use is superb.

Its apple pretty easy to use. I just wish it had a home button, and touch Id............perfect for those grandma's and grandpas, of even mom and dad, super easy to use.... This iPhone is replacing a older I phone 6

Was upgrading two iPhone 6s. When at BB, saw the XS Max next to the XS and I thought, OMG, the Max is huge! But putting the phones back to back, the Max is not really THAT much larger. Called my wife to see if she had a preface. Nope, up to me. So I went with two XS Maxes, Happy I did. Reading emails is much easier, viewing app contents is nicer, surfing the web is nicer with a larger screen and the speakers really put out a good quality stereo sound. I have not had an issue carrying the phone in my pants pocket (usually front) and have quickly adjusted to the Max's increased size over the iPhone 6. BTW, my wife likes the Max and also has no issues with the size.

I had the iPhone 8 before getting this one. I can tell a big difference with the quality of the photos and it only took me a couple of tries to get use to face recognition and not having a home button. I love this new phone and glad I got it!

I love the iPhone XS. It was hard at first getting used to not having a home button and sometimes the face recognition has to take a second look. Mostly it works so fast, I didn't realize it saw my face. Amazing. I love the bigger screen.

A year ago I left Apple for Samsung as there hadn’t been any new exciting features or changes since my 6s. But as of Oct 2018, I have officially switched back and am IN LOVE with my XS Max. The battery life is phenomenal and the camera is amazing!

This phone has a beautiful display, great battery life and stellar build quality. I was looking at the Note 9 but once I picked this phone up and used it my mind was made up. The build quality is the best hands down compared to any other phone.

I’m still learning all the benefits to my new Iphone XS Max phone. So far it’s much better than the Iphone 6 as the 6 locks up on me all the time and won’t upload new emails for a long time and then decides to do it on its own and it won’t let me take pictures for a long time too. Very frustrated about the Iphone 6. I would have liked to have my former phone number transferred to my XS Max or at least an Oregon area code with a number that matches the Eugene area but neither happened. I was informed that Best Buy has no control over issuing or transferring phone numbers - you get what you get. My Iphone XS Max was a huge expense on a fixed income and will be my future lifetime phone. As recommended by Best Buy it’s got the otterbox and privacy screen to protect the highly expensive phone as well.

Every feature on this phone is a huge upgrade from my iPhone8 model. Love the display, the face recognition to open, the camera, the increased battery life, etc. The upgrade was definitely worth the cost.

After owning iPhones since the 4 the size of this phone was the first selling point. Great camera for all types of photography. Syncs well with my iPad and Apple Watch which allows me to use all three for texting, emails and phone calls.
