Great phone. Works fast and has tons of memory. Picture and videos are phenomenal!

I was upgrading from an iPhone 6 Plus, not the 6s model, and needless to say there have been some pretty decent upgrades in 4 years as far as phones go. The best part of this upgrade, is the OLED screen. Assuming that most people have experience with an iPhone that are considering this one, 64GB is not going to be enough if you enjoy taking a lot of photos and/or videos without uploading this to a computer, online cloud options, or deleting some. Of the 64GB, the operating system takes approximately 6GB as of now, leaving you with 58GB for apps, photos, etc. Plenty for me, but just know your data usage and consider if this will be enough for you. If you have never owned an iPhone before, this is a great option that is basically a miniature laptop so take good care of it and it can last you 4-5 years pretty easy.

This phone is incredible. Amazing amount of space that will last forever. Screen size is awesome for watching media of any kind. Speakers are great and sound quality is high. Everything is fast and easy to look at.

The bigger screen size is awesome! I just had to change from my iPhoneX to the XS Max. It also has a few added options for the camera that lets you adjust the depth of the background when using the portrait option. Love it!

I don’t see huge differences between this model and my old iPhone 6 except there is no home button so you swipe to change screens. It’s a beautiful piece of technology. My online order with in store pickup worked well except that the guy at pickup counter was not friendly and when I asked about help to set up he just handed me a piece of paper with instructions. So then I had to go to a Verizon store and wait for a person who did only the minimum because he didn’t sell the phone. I’m still having problems with connecting the phone with the $500 watch that I also bought and it has. Even two weeks. If I had gotten help from Best Buy I would feel better about my experience. I should have just started with Verizon and maybe I would have gotten decent service there.

I bought this to replace an iPhone 6. I was not happy with spending $1000 for a phone but it was time to be replaced. Very happy with the new phone, camera is amazing, very fast, and improved cell and wifi signal.

The best iPhone ever! Well it is my first one so I guess I don't have much to compare it to. I enjoyed my Android but I think I'll like this better. Big screen, beautiful phone, magnificent camera...I think I'm in love.

I had an 8plus Iphone. When I purchase this phone I loved it cause of the upgraded camera. I used this phone more than 12hrS everyday and by the end of the day the battery is still good.

Upgraded from iPhone 7 to the Xs max. Don’t miss the home button at all. Didn’t need to read instructions, intuitive to use. Love the bigger screen, especially when watching movies on flights! Phone is a tad heavy though.

Love the big screen of this iPhone! Really don’t like that the phone does not have a ear phone jack, would of come in helpful while using the Sqaure device. I do like the charger has not changed shape on the new iPhone.

I am so so happy to have purchased this phone. I’ve had it for a month now and I get lots of compliments on it! I Love it and highly recommend it. The Pictures are clear and battery last me all day. I couldn’t be happier

Bought this for my boyfriend who is new to iPhone products and he loves it! The extra large screen of the XS Max and like most previous generations of iPhones it’s very intuitive in terms of learning new technology.

As with all the latest iPhones my wife has owned she loves it. No surprise. Great display and super fast. The new camera is amazing. So far no issues with the slower internet/WiFi, I guess that is a random issue though.

I love my new iPhone X’s max! I got the same great phone with some awesome new features. Traded in my x. Thought about Xs but truly is the same exact phone as the x, but Xs max gives a lot more benefits for the upgrade.

If you can’t afford to spend over $1000 for an iPhone, this is a good alternative. The hardest part is getting used to not having a home button. The large 6.5 inch screen is great. Best Buy had this model at a great price despite the 24 month payment plan. The only aggravation was trying to find a case with a screen protector. For some reason, they are very few of them at Best Buy.

I am very surprised I like this phone as much as I fo/ Very noticeable improvement in sound quality, battery life, and photo capability. Yes, it's an expensive device, but it is by far the best phone I have ever owned!

So far so good. Haven’t had any issues so far. The processor is definitely an upgrade from my 7. Still adjusting to not having a home button but I think I like it better and the face recognition is way better.

I absolutely love the iPhone XS Max. I didn’t think I’d like to swipe up instead of a home button, but I actually like it more. The camera is great and the big screen is also a plus. Glad I went with this phone.
