Took me two weeks to get used to the size, but I'm loving taking pictures with it and watching video. Easy on the eyes. Replaces my Ipad. I recommend purchasing some wireless headphones with it though.

Best iPhone yet. Love the clean full screen without the home button. I opted for the XS Max to make browsing a better experience. Like the face ID....ez peezy. Good battery life as with my last iPhone.

I love the new gold color! I also really like the larger screen (I used to have an iphone 7). It fits in my back pocket. After one day with it, I realize how much better it is not to have a home button.

Going from a 6s to the XS Max is a pretty big performance jump. It takes a little bit to get used to the new gestures and the Face ID but not as tedious as most people say it is. I gave it a 4 out of 5 just based on the price. While it is a very solid phone and experience, it's hefty price tag might be getting out of control.

I love everything about this phone! I have owned iPhones for years now and they just keep getting better and better! I also love the screen size on this model, and it takes beautiful pictures!

I love this new apple cell phone which has so many things to look forward to using it for such as the dual 12mg cameras, the high speed processor, the great water rating and the fast facial recognition.

I love the bigger screen and enough storage to hold everything I need with lots of extra space. I just haven't figured out how to easily turn Pandora off, as swiping up doesn't seem to work.

I am an absolute fan of this phone. It is everything I wanted the iPhone X to be and more. The screen size I phenomenal and the face recognition works like a charm. Definitely the best iPhone to date!

This is the best purchase I ever had, the product was in an awesome condition, it took like 5 mins to get to that decision, the team at BestBuy were very knowledgeable and their advice was spot on. I prefer buying from BestBuy than at apple store, there are many perks for buying at BestBuy if you are an elite member you get points for the purchase. About the product: This is the best phone Apple has designed to date, I know it is expensive but the price is worth it. Best camera, great battery life, with no almost zero bezels. Even it is impossible for Apple to beat this product next year. My only advice for people on the fence about buying this, BUY IT, you'll not regret your decision if you are ok with the big screen(which I love) go for iPhone XS Max, if not go for iPhone XS. Both are great phones. But whatever it is you are buying it from BestBuy..!!!

This phone has everything a phone should have and more... Camera, speed, color, sound, etc. I’ve been with Android for years and I can say that they have some great phones. But Apple takes the cake!

I switched because my 7+phone died. I’m so happy this phone has same screen size. Wish it wasn’t so costly. It does take some time as there is no longer a home button. Still learning.

I have been using iPhones since the dawn of them. Honestly, lately the most exciting things to happen to them anymore are the software upgrades and even more so the bug fixes sent after the upgrades. The performance is great and the camera works very well. After using now for a few weeks, I am glad to have upgrades from the 6s+. Too pricy though. You can get an iPad for less than what you pay for a phone.

Make sure you upgrade to the 256GB as the cameras are so good you will take lots of videos and pics! However, Apple MUST do something about the price...very expensive.

Awesome phone! Screen size is great! The extra you get on the ends now. The speed is incredible. I notice it especially when using google maps. A little pricey of course but you get what you pay for.

I love the camera on this phone! It’s amazing! The battery is pretty great to. Not having to worry about always having a charger handy, is nice. Everything else is pretty much the same as my 6s

First time going back to a iPhone since the 4s and couldn’t be any happier. Super fast and responsive. Camera in this is superb. Phone feels like a well polished product. Great phone to have overall.

The screen alone is worth the upgrade. The 6.5 inch screen is just so big and beautiful, still having the reachability feature makes it manageable if you have small hands. Turning on reachability allows you to swipe down in the bottom right and brings the screen down making it easier to reach stuff up top. If you’re coming from a plus model iPhone this will feel very familiar at least size wise, if you’re coming from a smaller phone it really doesn’t feel to big.

I upgraded from the 7 plus to this and the fit was good! I was already use to the larger phone size so I fell it fits in my hand good. The screen looks great and feels strong. I purchased a 360 case so the stainless trim is all covered and rear glass panel is covered. Wireless charging is so nice! The speakers are much louder than previous models! Overall very happy with the purchase!

The speed of this new iPhone is unmatched, better battery life and the speed is defective noticeable. (Had 7+ before) the battery lasts all day and the screen display is beautiful. Highly recommend

I’m very impressed with Apple and their take on wireless computing devices. Major progression over the years, camera quality is awesome! This phone is loud! Screen is absolutely amazing!
