I love the big screen and it’s actually smaller than the 8 Plus I had prior (but not by much). 4 stars because Apple knows about the reception issues with this model in areas with less than great signal (which in Topeka. KS is probably half the town) and hasn’t fixed it yet. If I was just rating Best Buy, it would get a 5 star review.

This has been a really good phone for my daughter (knock on wood). A year and a half in, and still working fine.

This has probably been one of my favorite phones I’ve ever owned. The features are outstanding and the screen is so big and beautiful.

Had read that the XS Max was terrific. But did not realize what a difference having the facial recognition and the speed of this phone would make. Awesome!

I love this phone- I bought the extra gb. I would highly recommend you to do that or your phone will not work properly

Upgraded from the 6 to the 10 and I love it !!! It took a while getting used to not having a home button but other than that this phone is awesome

This was for my mother in law. She was having some issues with her old phone so upgraded. She likes the larger screen so it’s easier on her eyes.

I love this phone. New features have me hooked. It’s big but not too big so if you have had a plus before and like the size this is the iPhone you want.

Purchased for my son who upgraded from the Iphone 7. He is very happy with the screen clarity and functionality. battery appears to last a long time.

I'm coming from an iPhone 6 Plus. Everything is better, I know. I essentially got this phone because of the bigger screen. AND WOW!!! The screen is beautiful. It is Very visible in the sun. - The detail for photos and video is superb. My kids play sports. The indoor and nighttime photos look GREAT! - Switching from finger print touch id to the new Facial recognition is phenomenal. Apple pay is now easier, FASTER, and more reliable. People have told me that the Facial Recognition in the XS series is better then the X, I can only confirm it works exceptionally well and FAST. - The new swipe features are FASTER than old the home button control. I was initially concerned about the swipe features, however with about a minute of tutelage from my Best Buy rep, I was 100% functional. Switching between apps is super fast and simple. Most apps stay live in the background and function immediately upon selection. - I bought the wireless charger, it sits next to my bed and works perfectly. I simply set down my phone at night and never worry about getting stuck on the wires when I check my phone at night or the morning. - The sound is getting better. The stereo function is great for video. I was able to HEAR an audio book on the phones speakers while driving on an asphalt highway. The local Cement Expressway was still too noisy. - Battery, even with the most powerful processor on the market the battery performs exceptionally well. Pokemon worked for several hours. - The Memoji's were fun but people only really responded to me sticking out my tongue. (as an adult they are useless) - VERY EASY to restore old phone backup to new phone. It was like I always owned this phone. Gripes, - NO % for battery life, only a meter. - You cannot charge and use wired headphones. Ugh my life is ruined. - EXPENSIVE, did I mention its still the most expensive phone available. - Had to spend $10 for the headphone adapter. (What do you mean wireless?) - I bought the Gold phone, it's pink.

If you have an iPhone X there's little reason to upgrade. Lots of apps still don't support the resolution and the extra screen size doesn't translate to iPad levels of productivity (though it should). The massive pro is the battery life. The battery life is much, much improved over the X and surpasses even the iPhone 8 Plus levels.

First time iPhone user so it's been a learning curve switching from Android. It's been almost two months now. The XS Max is a big phone; I wanted a large screen and with the Otterbox Defender, it is quite heavy. Other than that, I am pleased with how the phone works and learn something new a couple of times a week.

I finally decided to upgrade my phone and it was the best choice I made. I love this phone, it has no problem recognizing your face in the dark either.

so i’m not a person that gets a new phone every year just because it’s released. but this one is lovely and i’m has i’ve waited three years for a new one

After my iPhone X was stolen (my fault completely for setting it down on restaurant table) I then went to bestbuy the next day and purchased a New iPhone XS Max. The speed when it comes to fb, games or just surfing the web on the iPhone XS Max is Amazing (big difference between x and XS). Kind of Glad my iPhone X was stolen bc if not I probably would have not gotten my hands on this phone also Although I have apple protection plan, I always protect my phone with the best cases I can find which in this case Otterbox seems only right. Thank you Bestbuy once again.

Move aside android users! As always I love the quality and ease of use when it comes to Apple products. Android users are the first to put down Apple and claim android has had the features that iPhone now has years ago... but did you ever think Apple perfects the technology before actually implementing it into their products? The same can’t be said about imperfect uses of technology in android phones. This can be proven. Go Apple!

I have been waiting for this phone for 2 years and it hasn't disappointed! It is fast, love the full OLED screen. Once again - Apple doesn't disappoint!
