Traded in my iPhone X for the XS max. I hated the X. It was slow, froze all the time, constantly crashed, battery life was awful. The XS max is wonderful in every way. I can use it all day and still not have to charge it overnight. The bigger screen is amazing and you get used to it so quickly. Absolutely love this phone. I travel for work and this phone has made that so much easier.

Upgraded from an IPhone 5c. The larger phone takes some getting used to. Definitely one needs to buy a protective case. Display is excellent. New IOS so somethings I was used to on my old phone don’t happen on the new one. Battery life is excellent, so far. I haven’t used the camera yet (I prefer using a digital SLR) but I expect the Max camera will exceed expectations.

I’m usually at least one version behind the times with the phone in my pocket. It was a very welcome upgrade to get this new phone. Excellent features that I’m still learning to use. The large screen is especially nice and the camera is exceptional. As my luck would have it, the next generation iPhone was introduced just a few days after I made the purchase.

The iPhone XS Max 256 was quite the upgrade from my older iPhone 7plus 128. I find the camera to be pretty awesome. And the additional storage pleasing. I take pics using my phone for work. My boss loves the work I send in. If you don’t use the camera for work or serious hobby photography; you’d probably be just as happy with the XR and the extra cash in your pocket.

The phone is very easy to use. I love the speed and the amount of storage.

Switched from an iPhone to a Galaxy Note about 18 months ago, and loved the Galaxy. But, my entire remaining "ecosystem" was Apple, and I missed my Apple Watch, so I switched back. I quickly re-learned the Apple system, and the new features my 8+ didn't have. Beautiful screen, great camera. Miss some of the customization that the Note had, but overall, very pleased.

I bought three of these for my family and we are having a great time getting to know what all this phone can do. Great beginner phone for those who are new to the iPhone line up. The price just keeps on dropping. You cant go wrong with the iPhone Max 512GB !! This phone seems to be capable of doing whatever you want !!

My wife loves this phone. She thought it wasn't worth the upgrade but coming from an iPhone 8 to the XSMax is a major difference. The screen size and picture resolution is great, and it takes awesome pictures especially in portrait mode. She has been using iPhones for years and an upgrade was well worth the money. Fast and easy to use.

Xs Max is the best iPhone I have used. I had several regular size IPhones before. When it was time for an upgrade I wanted to give large screen a try as other users in my family all have large screen phones and they had good experience so far. I am happy with my purchase. Going from Touch ID to Face ID took less than 10 minutes to learn basics.
