I upgraded from an XR and I’m glad I did. Bigger screen, better camera and other features. The main reason I bought this particular IPhone on an upgrade was Best Buy’s awesome deal. $700 off and a 512MB capacity as well. Thanks again Best Buy for giving great deals.

This is my fourth iPhone and my very favorite of all. I love the absence of the home button, the scroll up feature to display all open apps, and the ability to close all open web pages with one click. The 512 gb of storage allows me to download feature-length movies to watch while traveling.

Replaced my Iphone 6+ which the speaker broke. Also my battery was garbage I was charging 4x a day. Needless to say I am a heavy user as my phone is used for work. With the Xs Max I charge once every other day. Screen is amazing, love the camera as well! A bit pricey but I keep a phone for a long time!

I’m probably going to repeat what othershave said in their reviews but this iPhone XS was purchased for my daughter and she loves it. Coming from an iPhone 8 to this bigger, better iPhone was a huge improvement she loves the bigger screen bigger phone and faster Performance. Thanks

Have yet to have an issue. It's big, I like them big. I like the animoji & mimoji thing. It takes some getting used to the no home button. Camera is nice. The only thing that kinda sucks is because it's so new and big is that there are not a wide assortment of cases out which isn't a phone issue itself.

The screen is beautiful, the operation is slick and the speed is amazing on this phone. Though the price is on the upper end, the style and functionality continues to be second to none. I highly recommend Apple and Apple products for their functionality and even security. Well done Apple.

I have been an apple fan for a long time. At first I was afraid that I wasn't going to like the fact of not having a button, but it hasn't been so bad so far. It takes a little getting use to but I'm enjoying the phone. I love the camera and all the options that you have. Pretty fast as well.

I was a little hesitant giving up the home button with my iPhone 8 Plus. When I got the XS Max i haven't missed the home button from the archaic iPhones. The way the OS is set up is very intuitive and the screen to the edges is amazing. Glad I ditched the home button and moved on to the new tech!

I love this phone. I skipped the iPhone X last year because I wanted to the bigger phone that I knew was coming. I came from an iPhone 7 Plus. This phone feels bigger with the smaller bezels. I have love how the physical dimensions are about the same. This is screaming fast!!!! Way to go Apple!

I admit I am Apple sheep! Only because every time I buy Apple products they never let me down! This phone is fast not unlike other phones but I’m partial to the apple ecosystem! I used to be an android girl until I bought a Mac and after that I was hooked! This phone is just easy!

I have used an iPhone since the first one. Before that, I used an iPod since the first one. Before that, I used a Mac since the first one. So let's just accept I am well entrenched in the the Apple garden and that I am not going to compare this to an Android or something. I like the extra screen real estate. The phone is more fluid and faster than anything I have used to date, including a X. I get better reception than my X. The Battery is about the same (8-10 hours), which is a disappointment (my 6plus had a better battery life, 10-12 hours). The Face ID seems faster, but who knows, that may just because the overall phone experience seems faster. BTW, I find Face ID to be FAR superior to Touch ID. I love picking up the phone and it just works. Yes, the phone is expensive. Only you can decide if its worth it. For me, it was.

This is by far my favorite and the best iPhone I’ve has yet. I’ve been using IOS since the first few iPhones came out and this one is super lux. The portrait mode on camera, fun emoji features, and the bigger screen with even better image quality! I even prefer this over the XR.

Very happy with my iPhone XS Max especially since I got the hang of using it without the button. The camera takes amazing pics and I have plenty of storage. I hope to have it for several years or until Apple comes our with a new one that I can’t resist.

The iPhone XS Max is a big improvement over my previous iPhone 6 both in size and features. The features are very intuitive if you want to use them. I think it is a good valve and will last as long as one is supposed to last. I recommend this product.

Needed a new phone as my 6s was telling me it’s time!! So I listened and did it. Everything about this phone is upgraded. Camera, functionality. This is bigger than my 6s as this is the XS Max(trying to get used to the size). Besides the $1,000 price tag, I love it!!

This is the top of the line apple phone for 2018 and it shows with a price tag to boot, but boy is it ever gorgeous. Easy to carry, easy to use, and easy to read, it is a complete quality package. Yes it's not cheap but you could easily skip the next year's release with this phone.

In my opinion upgrading from the 8plus was worth it. Bigger screen, better camera, and smoother operation of the phone in all aspects. It’s fast!

Just when you thought they couldn’t do anything more to a phone Apple stepped up their game again with the new phone. I love the Face ID, the edge to edge screen is awesome, the camera is even better than the already awesome one they already had. Everything about it is great!

This was purchased as an upgrade from an iPhone 6. Definitely was worth the price. Noticeable enhancements had been made to the new iPhone over the iPhone 6. Screen is bigger and much clearer. Camera has been much improved. Also, responsiveness of the device is very quick.

This phone only having it for a couple days has been great. Very easy to switch everything from my Samsung phone. Runs smoothly and easy to use. A great change from all the android issues I have had. The camera takes amazing pictures with little effort a huge plus.
