My favorite part about this phone is the screen. The screen is beautiful to look at and whenever I watch videos, the picture is very clear. I also like the portrait mode on the camera because it makes photos look almost professionally done.

Previously had the IPhone 7 Plus but I gotta say that I’m very pleased with this Upgrade. Not only are the visuals great on this 6.5 inch OLED screen but the sound is much better. The design with glass back gives it a nice touch to it as well.

Not only were the Best Buy employees helpful but once we told them what we wanted they found it with no hesitation but iphones have never let me down I love the size easy to hold and use and the face recognition is my favorite

This was an overdue upgrade from an iPhone 6S plus and I’m getting used to the new setup. I’ve quickly learned to swipe up after face recognition and swipe down for notifications. The camera quality is exemplary! Great phone overall.

People buying it must understand that iphone Xs and Max are luxury phones. You are not buying it for the features, you are buying it for how does it look and how does it perform with those look. And it is a gorgeous phone. There can not be any better unboxing experience for me. Please do take good care of it. Do not drop it, do not keep it without a case and screen protector. There are tons of cheap and good and best out in market. choose one that fits you. There's no need to talk about feature or looks, you tubers are filling up with its own review. Being said that, why do I buy apple iPhone. Because with experience I know that it will perform exactly same from day 1 to day 365 to so many years. Best support by Best Buy, and Apple. Great job BB :) you are my favorite.

Switched from iPhone X and product does not disappoint at all. Shooting my entire project with the improved cameras. Definitely noticeable difference from X. Also love the new bigger phone size! Probably my favorite new feature.

I was upgrading from an iPhone 6 Plus, not the 6s model, and needless to say there have been some pretty decent upgrades in 4 years as far as phones go. The best part of this upgrade, is the OLED screen. Assuming that most people have experience with an iPhone that are considering this one, 64GB is not going to be enough if you enjoy taking a lot of photos and/or videos without uploading this to a computer, online cloud options, or deleting some. Of the 64GB, the operating system takes approximately 6GB as of now, leaving you with 58GB for apps, photos, etc. Plenty for me, but just know your data usage and consider if this will be enough for you. If you have never owned an iPhone before, this is a great option that is basically a miniature laptop so take good care of it and it can last you 4-5 years pretty easy.

The bigger screen size is awesome! I just had to change from my iPhoneX to the XS Max. It also has a few added options for the camera that lets you adjust the depth of the background when using the portrait option. Love it!

Great phone. Large screen. Good design. Was good to purchase it at a discount. Takes great pictures too. Wish the facetime camera was of better resolution.

The best iPhone ever! Well it is my first one so I guess I don't have much to compare it to. I enjoyed my Android but I think I'll like this better. Big screen, beautiful phone, magnificent camera...I think I'm in love.

I bought this to replace an iPhone 6. I was not happy with spending $1000 for a phone but it was time to be replaced. Very happy with the new phone, camera is amazing, very fast, and improved cell and wifi signal.

I had an 8plus Iphone. When I purchase this phone I loved it cause of the upgraded camera. I used this phone more than 12hrS everyday and by the end of the day the battery is still good.

Love the big screen of this iPhone! Really don’t like that the phone does not have a ear phone jack, would of come in helpful while using the Sqaure device. I do like the charger has not changed shape on the new iPhone.
