Is it a big phone? Yes. But I can do so much with it. Who needs an iPad when you have this? Not recommended for people who like smaller phones. Face recognition and AI are awesome. Best iPhone to date.

Upgraded to a new iphone fron a 6s+ and wow. Really easily operable and works smoothly. Price of the new iPhones is quite salty however, but the product itself works fantastic. You pay for quality.

Battery life is great, holds the charge and doesn’t run down quickly. Camera is an upgrade from iPhone 7 Plus I had before this one. Took a little getting used to with no home button, but very user friendly.

The IPhone Xs Max is just on another level, love the face id, for fast log in although if the light is not right it can get a little tricky. The battery is just insane i can go 2 says with out charging.

There is no getting around it this phone is... BIG. But it is very fast and has a great display on it. I'm on the go allot so having a bigger screen makes it easier for me to keep connected and get work done.

It took me a while to get use to not having a home button but I can say now I don’t even notice it. The picture quality is far better than the iPhone I had before. Definitely recommend an upgrade!

Best iPhone yet. Love the clean full screen without the home button. I opted for the XS Max to make browsing a better experience. Like the face ID....ez peezy. Good battery life as with my last iPhone.

I love the new gold color! I also really like the larger screen (I used to have an iphone 7). It fits in my back pocket. After one day with it, I realize how much better it is not to have a home button.

Going from a 6s to the XS Max is a pretty big performance jump. It takes a little bit to get used to the new gestures and the Face ID but not as tedious as most people say it is. I gave it a 4 out of 5 just based on the price. While it is a very solid phone and experience, it's hefty price tag might be getting out of control.

I love this new apple cell phone which has so many things to look forward to using it for such as the dual 12mg cameras, the high speed processor, the great water rating and the fast facial recognition.

I am an absolute fan of this phone. It is everything I wanted the iPhone X to be and more. The screen size I phenomenal and the face recognition works like a charm. Definitely the best iPhone to date!

This is the best purchase I ever had, the product was in an awesome condition, it took like 5 mins to get to that decision, the team at BestBuy were very knowledgeable and their advice was spot on. I prefer buying from BestBuy than at apple store, there are many perks for buying at BestBuy if you are an elite member you get points for the purchase. About the product: This is the best phone Apple has designed to date, I know it is expensive but the price is worth it. Best camera, great battery life, with no almost zero bezels. Even it is impossible for Apple to beat this product next year. My only advice for people on the fence about buying this, BUY IT, you'll not regret your decision if you are ok with the big screen(which I love) go for iPhone XS Max, if not go for iPhone XS. Both are great phones. But whatever it is you are buying it from BestBuy..!!!

This phone has everything a phone should have and more... Camera, speed, color, sound, etc. I’ve been with Android for years and I can say that they have some great phones. But Apple takes the cake!

I have been using iPhones since the dawn of them. Honestly, lately the most exciting things to happen to them anymore are the software upgrades and even more so the bug fixes sent after the upgrades. The performance is great and the camera works very well. After using now for a few weeks, I am glad to have upgrades from the 6s+. Too pricy though. You can get an iPad for less than what you pay for a phone.

First time going back to a iPhone since the 4s and couldn’t be any happier. Super fast and responsive. Camera in this is superb. Phone feels like a well polished product. Great phone to have overall.

I upgraded from the 7 plus to this and the fit was good! I was already use to the larger phone size so I fell it fits in my hand good. The screen looks great and feels strong. I purchased a 360 case so the stainless trim is all covered and rear glass panel is covered. Wireless charging is so nice! The speakers are much louder than previous models! Overall very happy with the purchase!

I’m very impressed with Apple and their take on wireless computing devices. Major progression over the years, camera quality is awesome! This phone is loud! Screen is absolutely amazing!

Big screen of IPhone XS Max is very clear, easy to use, l love the facial recognizition feature, the long life of battery , very sleek appearance, not too bulky, i love everything on this phone❤️

I also been a big fan of iphone. It is definitely a good upgrade from iphone 7plus. I love how it looks. Bigger screen, great camera, and i love the new features. So far I don’t have any issues.

So far, I’ve really been enjoying the new iPhone. Getting used to the Face ID was easier than I thought it’d be and getting used to the new way to get out of apps was too. I’m really impressed!
