I loved the phone the second I got it. Great size and display. Much lighter weight and fast. Chose this over iPhone 11 & happy with it.

Switched to the iphone XS max after a year with my note 8. This phone is faster, more stable, has louder speakers, and a much better battery life.

Really nice phone. Definitely an upgrade from my iphone 7. Very fast and easy to use. WIsh the iphone still had the ability for a home button.

I upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus. The overall size did not change but you get even more screen. The cameras and OLED screen are both amazing!

This phone is the same size as the old IPhone 8 Plus except you have more screen space to use so it appears larger. Love the Face ID option.

This is my wife's favorite iPhone she's owned. Battery is phenomenal and camera works great. System is very responsive, no latency issues

This is by far the most superb iPhone yet! Fast, clear, loud, and the camera records in 4K 60fps. Absolutely phenomenal video quality!

So this is not my first iPhone, I purchase that one simply because it was a good deal, but now I’m extremely happy with it, work just as good as the iPhone 11 Pro the screen is amazing and I believe this one is the last phone that has the 3D Touch. Highly recommended if your service provider offers you this deal. Ordering from Best Buy was amazing, packaging was great all the paperwork done correctly, and the shipping was very fast. Activation was also a breeze.

It’s been a relief upgrading to this phone. It’s so much thinner and lighter. It runs so fast and the camera takes amazing photos. Love it!

I have been very surprised at the quality of photos this phone takes!! Much larger than I had with the 6S but I am getting used to it.

I got used to the bigger screen very quickly. I’ve never had a “plus” sized phone. The camera is great and the OLED screen is beautiful
