    I upgraded to this phone from an iPhone 8 Plus. I felt this was a big change and was on the verge of returning it for the first few days. My husband convinced me to give it a few days to get used to. I’m glad I listened to him because I absolutely love this phone. The camera on it is excellent! (Better than iPhone 8 Plus)

    I recently upgraded a family member's phone through BestBuy. Normally I do this at the carrier store location in the mall. Doing this at BestBuy was easy and convenient. The phone cost and selection was same as at carrier store. Happy with the new phone. The picture quality is a big improvement over the older model we owned.

    I LOVE iPhones and iOS software. With that being said this MAX upgrade is nothing but an X with a bigger screen and better battery if you’re into that. Which I am very into.

    This is probably my 4th IPhone I’ve purchased. This is a big improvement considering I last had the 6s Plus. The materials, finish and screen quality of this phone is simply gorgeous. Much better than my previous 6S Plus. Apple has been reliable for me for almost 10 years now. That’s why they have so many loyal customers.

    I was worried about the screen being too big to deal with since it’s about the same size as the 8plus, but it’s easier than I thought it would be to handle. The gold color looks great and I love the edges of the phone being a darker gold, almost bronze color that doesn’t seem to scratch as easy as the iPhone X did.
