My iphone xs max has been the best iphone ive had so far, the quality, the camera, the phone in general. When i did the new update the phone did tend to get slower and sometimes i cant hear calls and i have to turn it off to turn back on so that i can be able to hear everything. But so far so good

This was a replacement for my daughter. She really likes the features and ease of use. She is very pleased so far with the style of phone and the camera is really nice

I have been an iPhone user since 2009, I switched to the Samsung Note 8 last year. There were things that I really liked about the Samsung but I was really missing some features that my iPhone offered so I made the switch back and am so happy that I did! The XS Max has been great! I love the face recognition feature!

Just an ok phone in my opinion it is just a fancier faster iPhone 7plus which is what I upgraded from! The screen is bigger yea but when ur watching videos u can’t even use all of the screen it suddenly turns into a iPhone 7plus with big dark blank spaces on ur screen where the 7 plus fingerprint scanner and bezels once was! I have been a long time Apple user and usually upgrade every single year to new devices and have still been with the watches but this is the first time I’ve went to upgrade phones in a long time! Why may u ask? Bc Apple just hasn’t impressed me as of late and I have returned both this phone and the series 4 Apple Watch both only a few days after buying them both! There just not worth it and I’m tired of giving Apple my money every year for devices that just aren’t that big of upgrades frankly! Somewhere along the line Apple has went from being a bright innovative company to a company that just focuses on how they can charge u more and more for basically the same devices year after year! Don’t get me wrong Apple is a good brand and they make good products, they just don’t have much innovation nowadays and they are too focused on trying to figure out ways to charge people more, I think one day they may finally wake up and get back to what made them great again and then I will switch back probably but for now I’m officially jumping to team Samsung bc that’s where the innovations at right now!

I had the 10 and loved it but wanted a bigger screen. This newer Max model is exactly what I was looking for. Some say it was a waste of money for the extra few inches but to me it means a lot when traveling and I do not want to take my ipad around. I can watch movies easier and don't have to look at a small screen.

For a while I was under decided if I should of upgraded my previous phone to the new iPhone XS Max since I had the 7plus for almost 2 half years I was spected if I would like the no home button but I decided to go for it and it’s almost 2 weeks and love it only thing I didn’t like is the price for a phone

Anyone that was used to using the iPhone pluses and upgrade to the X I’m sure felt the same way I did yes that screen may have been bigger but the physical size of the phone took a little getting used to but with the XS max it has the plus size feel of course but with all the best of the X I love my XS MAX!!

There’s not much to say about the iPhone XS Max. It’s size the same as my last plus phone but the extra screen room is GREAT. It took a bit to get used to the lack of home button but it’s not very difficult to get used to. If you are wondering if you should upgrade to this device just go for it.

I’m coming from an iPhone 8 Plus. So far I’m very pleased. The screen size is amazing and the no home button deal is very easy to get used to. My only worry was the all glass design, but cases up with a screen protector i feel much safer.

I was a little anxious about purchasing the iphoneX after hearing that some people weren't happy that the home button went away. I wasn't sure that I would like to swipe every time I maneuver around my phone but it is no problem at all! It was a quick adjustment and I am glad that I upgraded!

As we all know older models get obsolete and ultimately cause accelerated battery drainage due to manufacturer's software updates which older models cant support. So this was no exception and was a required purchase. Everything works great now. Battery life is sustaining itself.

The ATT rep in store was very helpful — was really glad she walked me through transferring my old phones contents to new phone. I went from a 12 GB 6 iPhone to this one and I’m thrilled with not getting my email cut off because I ran out of data space!! The camera takes great photos!!

Upgraded from iphone 7 to iphone XS Max! First time I had a larger sized phone and I love it! I love the face id feature because it opens up my apps quickly! The fingerprint feature in the iphone 7 would get finicky and not work at times. Beautiful resolution and great features!

The iPhone is a timeless purchase that has proved its worth over and over again. The Best Buy associate in charge of AT&T activation was a great help through the entire process. He even helped us pick out the perfect cases to match our busy lives. Excellent purchase and experience!

Bought this phone for the wife, the Gold looks pretty good this time too and apparently it is one of the more popular colors. Anyway, the highlight here is the OLED screen, which if you have never owned an OLED television or spent any time with an OLED screen the difference in colors and blacks will be a delight to you. Everything else is as you would expect from an iPhone, high quality. If you have never owned an iPhone before, this is a little pricey but if you take care of it then it will serve you 4 years pretty easily, and longer but after about 4 years you may start to notice not all apps will be compatible with it anymore (typically games and such).

I came from an iPhone 6s Plus and this phone was a major upgrade. It is very fast and easy to use. It took me a minute to get used to the home button, but after a day or two you get used to the change. The entire process of buying this phone was very easy!

The best phone I’ve ever owned I love this phone it is the best apple iPhone yet I love the XS max due to the size also the retina display very powerful phone using the A12 bionic chip I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone looking to upgrade from their previous iPhone

I mean it’s a IPhone. Solid product. If you don’t like apple, you won’t like it. If you do, you will. No real issues yet. Battery life is much improved over previous models. Got used to the overwhelming size faster than expected. Old iPhone six now feels very tiny. Haha.

The battery on this thing is crazy!!!! I used this phone a lot and this battery last me all day . Sometimes 36 hrs. When it’s on 1 percent it’s really like 10 percent. Apple really step up on battery life . Everything else is great as well but the X factor to me is the battery life.

Sleek, beautifully designed fast charging crystal clear photo. Just can’t get enough of it. The Amazing phone existed in This planet in terms of apple product. I had it for over a month now. Still impressed me with all the update features.
