This phone has made me an IOS believer again. What a powerhouse of a phone specially now that IOS 13 is out , the features it offers make this phone the one to get. Very pleased to use iPhone again after being a Galaxy user for more than 5years.

I’ve been using my iPhone 8+ for awhile without any issues but my wife need to upgrade her 6+ so I got XsMax and it was a nice update better camera faster, I need to get use to the face recognition and no home button. Overall I am pleased....

I was coming from an iPhone 6s and am really happy with this next generation. Battery life is sooo much better than before. I don't need an external battery now. Screen looks great. I thought Face ID was going to be a gimmick but find it very easy and useful.

Amazing Screen display and HD video recording is truly amazing even in low light too. I have been a huge Fan of Apple since 7 years and this phone is the Best, excellent performance, doesn’t heat up too when we play high end games. Good for mobile photography.

I purchased this because of a dropped phone and trip to Europe. It’s really nice and better than my broke iPhone 7plus but not anything mind blowing. Not regretting it but nothing really says “oh this was a great purchase”. I do like it though!!

This is an amazing phone. The screen is very, very clear and it’s just and amazing display. The only problem is it is very pricey

1st ever iphone. Switched over from using Samsung phones for the last 8 years. Love it!

I upgraded from the 7plus and I really like this phone so far. The Animoji and Memoji is very cool when using it in FaceTime and for iMessage. The Face ID works 99.99999% of the time and I like that it will only preview the message when I look at the phone.

I bought the updates version of the iPhone in hopes that the screen would be larger and therefore easier to see. I’m not getting any younger and appreciate the larger size. However upon having the phone for awhile now I have discovered that most of the content you view doesn’t stretch across the entire screen. This can be quite aggravating. Other than that the phone is great. If I had to do it over again I would’ve just got the regular sized phone and saved money.

I bought a watch for daughter and one for myself. Had a 7 plus. No longer have problem with space and has a great camera

I was hesitant to spend the money on this new phone but after getting it I am happy I did. Great improvements. Only thing I didn’t love was getting used to not having a home button. But I have gotten used to it and having edge to edge screen is worth it.

Changed/upgraded our iphones to these new one and it’s all good. Thought being on push button and transitioning to without a push button will make it difficult but it’s actually a lot better and even faster! Glad we did upgrade our phones!

The IPhone XS Max has is quite possibly the best phone I have ever held. Though Apple may seem to lack behind in some areas of newer phone development as a whole the product Apple puts out is perfect. These phones last a long time for a reason.

This phone comes with so much storage! Still getting used to using it but it has a great camera for both front and back.

I was nervous about spending this much on a phone but after having it for a couple of weeks I just love it. It's fast and easy to use. I am not a tech person what so ever and it was really easy to get used to the new format. Highly recommended.

This iPhone is much quicker than my previous iPhone 6 Plus. Maybe my battery was getting old, but the difference is remarkable. This is a very expensive phone but if held for a period of years, the additional cost per year is worth the expense.

Upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus and I don’t regret it. Well worth it. Premium through and through. The screen really is nice and the audio is amazing.

Phone has been amazing since I got it and still going strong. Resolution of the screen is excellent. Nice size for watching movies and other media. The lack of home button now is a huge plus.

Of course its an expensive phone. But coming from an iPhone 7 Plus to this was a big step. I like that its the same size, just about, and the notch and Face ID isnt awful to get used to. The screen size is great if you consume a lot of content!

I went from an X to a Max and glad I did. It great in every way! I know a lot of people want something completely different but I loved the X and now that it’s bigger makes a world of difference. If you’re on the fence just do it!
