Have used this phone for five months. It is easy to use, display is clear and no problems with use. I had a slight learning curve with the new features but have had a good experience overall.

My son had the iPhone 6 still and was telling me about the upgraded 3 cameras. Once I got the phone I was glad I did. It was a good buy and worth every penny. Best buy is awesome and so is apple.

Just got the iPhone XS MAX and I love it. Took a day or two to get used to not having a home button but once you get the swipe down pat then it’s a whole lot easier to do everything. The screen is great too

Good...sleek..cool looking phone. The phones so beautiful and i hope apple makes it more affordable in the near future so that more people who love this gadget can buy and spread the love of apple iphones.

I can't get over how amazing the screen looks. Apple continues to push the boundaries. The facial recognition is so simple and easy to use. This one is another winner from Apple. Well done.

The camera is all the good things said about it and more! I took pictures of some pigeons on top of a church few buildings away and I had the XR and the Max and the difference is day and night! You could not even make out that they were pigeons if you didn’t zoom in on the picture. The max , after taking the pictures at 10x close you were able to see they were pigeons. The XR phone didn’t even bring in that close to the birds. If you want to take really great pictures get the Max, if you just concern with talking on the phone get the XR works great for that

Great value offered by Best Buy with discount and no requirement to trade-in an old phone. This Iphone has lots of nice upgrades from my old iphone 7 and was easy to set up.

Had the 1st iPhone and will continue purchasing the new ones. This phone is heavier than my old iPhone7plus so that’s been the only hard part to get use to. Otherwise it’s great and I have no complaints.

This is a great apple product, it has been working great and snappy at any tasks i throw its way. It Wont let you down, if you dont let it fall down lol

I love this phone! Great size, awesome screen graphics, the Face ID is awesome and way faster than I expected. Better than finger print ID. Won’t work off a picture. Fast reliable great phone!

Got it with big discount. Thinking about getting iphone 11 pro max but its expensive. Theyre almost identical minus the 3rd camera. Xs max still powerful and snappy phone.

This phone has exceeded my expectations. I really enjoy the expanded screen size. I do wish they would come with a new set up or different features. Only a small complaint on a fantastic phone.

It’s been an easy transition to this new device. Love the new features it has. There’s a few days of getting used to not having a home button. There’s lots of new stuff to learn about this phone.

I upgraded from the iPhone X to the XS Max because of the battery life upgrade and screen size increase. I'm on my phone a lot for business, and the screen size increase makes a dramatic difference. I also upgraded from the 64GB model of iPhone X and that also has helped as I was always running out of storage. Very impressed with the craftsmanship of this device, and also the fact that an official battery case from Apple was released. I was on a business trip and used my new phone as a hotspot for 3 hours in an airport, all day at a tradeshow, and was still at 80% charge with the battery case on there. It was nuts as my iPhone X would have needed two charges with that same usage.

I upgraded from a 6+ to the Xs Max. I did not think there was going to be such a difference. The improvement in speed and functionality was dramatic. I just cant believe I spent $1200 on a phone.

This is the best iPhone yet. I upgraded from the 8 and I decided to go with the larger one this time, I wasn’t sure if it would be too big, but it isn’t, I’m glad I went with the Max

In short, I've owned Apple iPhones since day one and have always eagerly awaited the next-gen advances made from one model year to the next. I've used Apple products since the early '90s, and have enjoyed unparalleled success as a commercial artist and a professional soundtrack composer in no small part thanks to Apple's excellent products. Other than Macs, which are always custom-built……to the hilt, I pretty much buy everything else from Best Buy. Best salespeople, best support!

I went from an Iphone 7+ to this new beautiful Iphone Xs Max. I am not disappointed. I absolutely love it and feels like the future in my hands. I recommend getting the Max than the small iphone.

Phone has worked out great so far. Am really enjoying the upgrade and features. The phone is a nice size for various things including steaming shows and movies and has a nice sound quality.
