I highly recommend this product to anyone who previously had a plus phone and wants the bigger screen experience. It's not a huge speed difference from an iPhone X, but the screen is very nice.

Upgraded primarily for the better camera for vacation. Left my DSLR at home. I should have gotten the larger memory as the backup to iCloud was unreliable where we traveled.

I went from the 6s plus to the X Max and did not realize how bad my phone really was. It’s so much faster and moves from app to app so quicker. Still need to play with it to learn everything.

I am proud to have waited until the XS Max release. The phone is slick, responds quickly and holds a charge noticeably substantially longer compared to prior releases. Super happy customer.

Upgraded from an iPhone 8 plus and very impressed with the screen and image quality. Phone feels surprisingly light weight. Operating system seems quicker than my previous iPhone.

Prior to this upgrade, I had an iphone 6S. I was hesitant at first to upgrade to the XS Max because I was worried that I would miss the home button too much. It didn't take me long to adapt and although I have the virtual home button on my screen, I find that I hardly use it. This iphone is fantastic! I love everything about it, the look, the size, the processing speed and the camera. I see myself hanging on to this phone for the next 3-4 years.

Had a IPhone X and decided to get the IPhone Xs Max. I like the bigger screen. Old age is creeping in so the larger screen helps. I gave the IPhone X to my wife and she liked the surprise.

Upgraded from the XR to the XS max and the difference is suttle enough to not really impact your day to day but also reap the benefit of a larger screen

Wanted the original iphone X last year, but to circumstances i had to wait for this new phone. I am happy i waited for the Xs Max. Love this phone with all the great new features and size.

Great iPhone to bad it does not do 5G. Storage space 500g is great camera is good not as good as iP12 Pro Max but much better than my iPhone 8plus.

Everything about the new iPhone is improved upon compared to my old iPhone, the 6 plus. The camera takes great pictures, the sound quality is fantastic and the OLED screen is superior.

I was not looking for larger phone however the IPhone XS Max is not too big and the display as well as the picture quality is amazing. It even makes my old IPhone photos look better!!

Got this after upgrading from a 6S plus. I was worried about missing the home button but after a day, that didn’t matter. Camera is phenomenal! I have no regrets getting this phone.

The phone is wonderful. Super easy to transfer all my stuff from old phone. The service from Best Buy store was horrible...zero stars for the store staff

I know that Apple is not as innovative as they used to be, but they still make a solid phone. Overall the performance is great and the form, fit and finish on this phone is exceptional.

As always apple knocked it out of the park with this . If you have owned the previous iPhone X you will see the improvements and if you haven’t you will learn it fast and be impressed .

My previous iPhone was the 6Plus so I was long overdue for an upgrade. I waited specifically for this model and have been impressed with the speed, functionality and improvement.

Bought for my husband he doesn’t require a lot of storage so was perfect for his needs. Wasn’t sure if he would like the no home button and he adapted easily!

This is my first iPhone! I absolutely love it! It is way more easy to use than I thought it would be. I have always had a Samsung, which I loved as well, but this is a nice change.
