Out of all of the iPhones I've owned, this is absolutely the best of them. Fast, easy and a ton of storage. I also like the addition of wireless charging. My only gripe is that I don't seem to get as good of a signal as I have on my past models. I'm not getting any interruptions but I don't have as many bars as I used to.

I bought this for my wife for a birthday gift. The camera is amazing. My wife loves the quality of the pictures and uses this exclusively as her camera

I love the size of the screen and how it feels in my hand. All glass casing can’t go wrong! Get it with the att bogo deal and it’s well worth it

I bought this for my wife who originally had a galaxy s9 plus but wanted to make the switch from that to this. She really likes it alot but in my opinion I still prefer the galaxy but it just comes down to perfence because honestly they both have their pros and cons which i wont get into because theirs plenty of YouTube videos out their to better explain it. But anyways despite my opinion it's still a great phone and i would recommend this to a friend.

Was hesitant to get the iPhone XS Max but I have to say that I love it so far. The camera is great, the OS is fast and responsive, and it looks great.

I had the iPhone 7plus then drop down to the x which was a big difference to me so I was so happy when they announced the xs max so far everything is good

Had read that the XS Max was terrific. But did not realize what a difference having the facial recognition and the speed of this phone would make. Awesome!

This was for my mother in law. She was having some issues with her old phone so upgraded. She likes the larger screen so it’s easier on her eyes.

If you have an iPhone X there's little reason to upgrade. Lots of apps still don't support the resolution and the extra screen size doesn't translate to iPad levels of productivity (though it should). The massive pro is the battery life. The battery life is much, much improved over the X and surpasses even the iPhone 8 Plus levels.

After my iPhone X was stolen (my fault completely for setting it down on restaurant table) I then went to bestbuy the next day and purchased a New iPhone XS Max. The speed when it comes to fb, games or just surfing the web on the iPhone XS Max is Amazing (big difference between x and XS). Kind of Glad my iPhone X was stolen bc if not I probably would have not gotten my hands on this phone also Although I have apple protection plan, I always protect my phone with the best cases I can find which in this case Otterbox seems only right. Thank you Bestbuy once again.

I have been waiting for this phone for 2 years and it hasn't disappointed! It is fast, love the full OLED screen. Once again - Apple doesn't disappoint!

This iPhone is perfect and performs great. It has a lot of features and is very helpful with simple tasks as well. The battery life is great too!

I upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus and I do not regret it. The quality display is the biggest factor I’ve noticed that has significantly been upgraded

awesome phone, awesome display, awesome camera, great processor speeds. what I don't like is: I prefer a full metal back like on the older models, and the placement of the power button is not the best, natural hand placement when using the volume buttons often has me inadvertently hitting the power button, it gets annoying.

She rates it as the best iPhone that she has ever had. She especially enjoys the camera since she takes a lot of pictures of her young kids.

I wasn’t sure I was going to able to adjust to the new features of the iPhone, I must say apple made it so much easier. The camera is amazing as well.
