Got the XS Max because of the new bigger screen and love the feel and size of the phone and feels great in the hand.

I assumed I'd have an issue of not having a home button, but the transition has been quite easy. Love my new iPhone!

easy to use and though it seems fragile I have dropped it a couple times and has yet to crack.

Upgraded from a 6 plus to the xs max, and I can’t find a flaw (in comparison to the 6). Screen quality is amazing.

Love it fast and smooth only issue battery dies quickly just wish they woulda add a bigger battery for this phone.

I’ve always been a fan of Apple.. but I was a bit skeptical to loose my home button. It took me about a week to stop pressing the bottom middle of my phone, but it was worth it. Much faster and easier to maneuver than my previous iPhone 8 Plus. The camera is way better as well. Don’t let the commercials of, “There’s no difference in this phone vs. the last model”.. because there is. I’m glad I bought this phone, and can’t wait for next year’s model to come out!

The screen is awesome. I miss the actual button from my old iPhone though, to me it's kind of annoying swiping around instead of just pushing the button and I actually miss the fingerprint ID too. It's a great phone but I think it will take some getting used to.

Excellent iPhone, has great picture resolution. Extremely fast when downloading an scrolling through apps. You can easily store tons of information with 256 gb with this iPhone. I really enjoy watching videos, movies, sports, and games on the gigantic screen that it comes with. Battery life is amazing, time it takes to fully charge the battery is great as well.

Love my new phone, and I wouldn’t change anything about it. Works well and I don’t have any issues with it.
