Love my iPhone XS Max. Very easy to set up. I did experience a problem with the ringer. Even with the speaker column at its max, I could not hear the phone ringing. I went on line and found that other people were having the same problem. The problem had to Due with the new Face ID feature. I had to turn it off and substitute it with the passcode. No problem with the ring speaker after turning off Face ID. Hopefully Apple has an update to correct this clutch.

I’ve had numerous iPhones over the years, and this is one of the best. It’s the first time I’ve gotten the larger model and I’m glad I did. The phone is thin and feels good in your hand. The facial recognition works pretty well, though there are obvious situations where it can’t work (darkness etc). The swipe bar at the bottom of the screen can be annoying in certain apps since it doesn’t go away (just dims). Overall, this is a beautiful, fast phone that delivers

I really like the iPhone XS Max. I had an 8 plus so it’s not a huge upgrade but I do like the improvements.

I love the new phone, the photos and video quality are awesome and I love the bigger screen the max offers!

Everything is great. I like the quality of the camera and it was an easy transition from android back to apple.

Apple's latest and greatest doesn't fail expectations! The camera is flawless and portrait mode is my new favorite thing. My only knock on this is, you can tell that apps and videos still haven't been quite optimized for the "notch", so it kinda stands out at times.

I’ve had my XS max for over a week now and I’m really loving the new camera compared to my iPhone 7. I feel torn on the face recognition though instead of the thumb touch bc if you don’t want to pick up your phone sitting on your desk to check a text message you have to type in your code which just takes more time. I just feel the touch of the thumb was easier but you get a much bigger screen so that’s the plus side. Overall I’m happy with the new phone upgrade!

Very user friendly phone and excellent map ap. I tried Samsung Galaxy 9 and 9 plus that is not user friendly.

In the past, I got every iPhone available until the 7s. I told myself I had everything I could possibly need and refused to pay such a price for a phone......finally decided to upgrade and after 1 month I am still amazed everyday I use my phone....I absolutely love it!!! I am the type that always has buyers remorse after I make an expenditure on an item I consider a luxury.....this is the 1st time it’s never crossed my mind.....it’s that good!!!

The phone is a big step forward from the 7 and the camera is miles ahead of anything else they have produced.
