Upgrade from iPhone 7s. Yes, I know that should have been done some time ago, but she likes her phones and tends to stick with them as long as possible. Main feature was the upgraded/improved camera for videos at her group fitness studio. Substantially better quality in video and pictures. We also increased the storage front the 7s. Would recommend this phone, unless you are a pro and need the 3 cameras on the 11, which was about $300+ more.

Great improvement from prior model. All the rave reviews are spot on. Great camera, fast processor, and better battery life.

I had the iPhone X10, which I exchanged for the Max. Much faster and far better photos and video. I bought both with 256GB.

Upgraded form a normal X and love the size of this phone. Screen is gorgeous, perfect size. Significantly quicker phone too

Came from an iPhone X and the screen is noticeably larger and brighter. Faster as well. Would highly recommend this device

I love how the screen looks and the speed. It is a large phone, but coming from the 7 Plus, I am already used to the size.

Powerful processor, fast, Face ID is great, wireless charging, decent battery life, good screen...I can go on.

The screen is huge and the camera is above my expectations. I upgraded to the 256GB for just a bit more and glad I did.

Ok what I love... the OLED edge to edge display is fantastic bright and colorful. It’s BIG I mean real big still trying to get used to that. Face ID is way better than I thought and do not miss Touch ID. What I don’t love so much is the glass back, set it on any cloth surface it will slowly slide right off, yes I know... just buy a case but I had hoped not to slap a case on such a gorgeous device yeah it’s expensive but it’s a high quality product

I am not a fan of big phones but I feel like it’s the perfect size. I never looked at videos on my phone but now I seem to watch more YouTube videos and now am interested in downloading games. Still fits in my pocket without a huge bulge. Not the best for one handed use if you like one handed use phones this is not the one. The screen is awesome everything looks really good. I miss my X but am happy with my upgrade. Speakers are loud as well.

Loved the big screen. It’s bright, very good black and fast speed. Gold color is a bit feminine IMHO.

Loving my new XS Max. I previously had an 8 Plus, and now i am totally spoiled by the Face ID. Look at the phone, it unlocks - so easy Big, full screen is very nice. Battery life seems similar to my 8 plus, which was always good. The black is sleek, but i never realized how many phone cases were transparent or semi-transparent, which almost makes me wish I got Silver or Gold (I only had Silver or black as an option in the store).
