I bought this as a gift for my husband to replace his 6. He couldn't be happier with it, except he wishes he could charge the phone and have earbuds plugged in at the same time. Easy fix with wireless earbuds.

This phone is definitely worth the upgrade. The camera itself is a good reason to buy the phone

I was so excited to purchase this phone. Huge difference between my 6s and this! However, I highly recommend you get a case AND AppleCare - my phone chattered the back glass within 5 days for falling 5 inches.

I love the full screen. Sound is much louder than 7 plus. But a lot of static in some of my calls

I had an iPhone 7plus and it is a great phone but we needed one more nice phone so we bought this one. It is simple to use, has a great battery life and the size and screen are super. The display is outstanding.

From not having a home button to getting SIRI’s attention with the side button to the awesome two cameras, this phone was the best upgrade I have ever had. Not having a home button took some getting used to.

Similar to my 8 plus and faster. Overall the X model is good just pricey. I like the size as it helps with viewing and can do remote controls in an emergency (IT work) smaller X was too small for this.

The customer service at Best Buy was great when I purchased it. I switched to the iPhone XS Max from an android phone about moths ago and it was a great decision. I have had no issues with the this iPhone.

I find the phone so useful in my daily needs. I never have to give a thought to exceeding memory. The gps plays thru my cars audio system. I enjoy listening to music too from my music files.

new iPhone xs Max very large screen, but not too large of a footprint overall for the device. very fast, sleek, same IPhone items you expect, but beefier.....

I upgraded from my iPhone 7 to the XS MAX, and what an upgrade!!! This iPhone has so many tips to just keep making it better. Im very impressed and if you’re going to upgrade, don’t settle, go for the MAX!!!

Best Buy gave a wonderful deal by knocking $700 off the retail price for such an awesome iPhone. Get it while you can. Even the phone carriers won’t give you a deal this good.

Good so far. Good size. Lags every once in awhile. Not sure if issue.

I recently switched my iPhone 6s Plus and got an iPhone X in July. I really was not liking the size of the X. So when the new xs max came out and saw the size I ended up taking a loss on trading my X for the XS Max. I absolutely love the size of it since it is the same size as the plus and having a full screen is awesome. So my advice is if you had a plus size iPhone stick with the max and you will be very happy with it.

Great new Iphone, I prefer the old Home key. Massive screen is great. Too big for 1 handed use.
