I am upgrading from a 6 Plus so this is quite the upgrade. I got the 512GB XS Max and it is all around 100x better. It's fast, waterproof, great camera and the stereo sound is awesome.

This is the phone that I got for my wife. She loves the size of the phone, the fact that the screen is bigger than previous editions, the battery life, and the new features included.

I bought this phone to replace one that was dying. I sort of expected it to be “just like the other” iPhones. In many way it is, love the Face ID and gestures. Nice display too

So far so good. Screen is big and bright, camera is much better than the iPhone X. Battery doesn’t seem to last as long as the X though, at least so far.

I love the new iPhone XS Max is the greatest phone I think I’ve ever used before. It’s a lot faster than the previous models the screen is a lot larger and I just found a lot better

Love the iPhone XSMax. The camera quality is amazing the screen is wide and shows sharp display. Very user friendly. The face reconstruction is nice when you in a pickle.

Ive been using iphones since the 4 came out. Love this iphone. First time I went with the larger version and now my old phone seems so small. Lol I am female have small hands and can still navigate pretty well with one hand. I dont like I cant see my battery level just by looking at the phone. Thought I would miss my home button but adjusted very quickly and love face Id

I upgraded from the 7 plus model and I am loving this new full screen. Great color and pictures. I am sure there are some new features I haven’t used yet but so far it is amazing!

By far the best Iphone Apple has made yet! I hate putting a case on it since its so darn beautiful without one. Solid build quality. outstanding performance and camera.

Good phone. Needed an upgrade from an older 6s. Seems to run a bit slower than my old one but it does have better pics, resolution, storage etc over all, happy with the phone

The new iPhone XS is amazing and has a huge screen for great visibility! It has amazing new features with an awesome camera! This is a must have item for iPhone users!

The phone is big.. more like huge just as the ads would suggest. It’s pretty. The audio is killer. As a blind customer I can definitely say the sound is better than any other apple device I have ever owned and I have owned a lot of them. There is no comparable device!

I upgraded from iphone 5. I was really amazed how good the quality of this phone. Camera and screen size is amazing.

So far so good. Still learning all the tricks but it is very user friendly. Great camera and terrific zoom on videos. Screen has wonderful clarity. Long battery life.

This was a big upgrade from my iPhone 8+ Speed processor is well noticed and the Face ID was a change from the Touch ID especially when my hands were not available.

I really like my IPhone Max. I got the color gold. I like the trimming and fast processor. It takes really great photos and videos.

The XS Max is the same physical size as the 7 and 8 Plus, but oh so much more screen! It’s beautiful and powerful. Have had no issues and love the FaceID, which is life changing!

Had the phone all weekend since Friday and the battery life is impressive. Phone is a lot faster.

So far I love the phone. It takes some getting use to without the home button but once you get the hang of it then you are fine. It’s easy to use and the full screen is great!

I've been using this phone for almost 2 years, and It hasn't failed me yet. Great camera. I still get a whole day on a full charge. Highly recommend!
